I was suprizing impressed with Cricket and the Store (Andy) I was skeptical of Cricket, becasue I have been on Verizon for 4 years. I decide to give Cricket a try because of the month to month without the $175 cut off charge. I got more than with Verizon, a better phone and I asked about paying in advance instead of the month to month. If you do they give you the 4 th month free. That was a 60% discount for me from Verizon. So far so good on the service, but no cancellation fee if they do not meet up to my expectations, so I am not Trapped.

You know, I love cricket and have been a customer for 10 years now. They offer great rates and straight up billing that wont hurt your credit. I ordered a phone through this location, and they told me it would be in the next day and they would call me. Its been 4 days since than, and I have been trying to call this location for 3 days now leaving messages during business hours, and they have failed to answer or return my calls.

Recently switched from AT&T to prepaid Cricket. Our bill is going to be almost half of what it once was. (ask for the 8GB promo currently running) The staff in this particular location were not very knowledgeable of how other carriers allow you to use their data and also didnt know that I was ineligible for certain October promos because I was coming from AT&T. Bottom line: do your homework first and go here to get a sim.

The staff is the rudest I have ever seen. They once told me that I was a nuisance because I paid with cash at the store. Cricket has no recycling program for their old out dated phones. They just shrugged at me when I told them they should consider it. All those batteries and phones going to landfill. I have had problems with their web site since I got this account.

Offered me a free SIM, but if you go online, their sim kit and activation fee is waived. Good prices on service, but with the activation fee, Id rather just go directly through AT&T. The employees here were quick and helpful though.

I like cricket but I hate this store. Ive had to go to this location on three separate occasions and each time the staff has been extremely arrogant and not helpful. They treat their customers as if they are an annoyance.
