I have been a T-Mobile Customer for a long time and have had to go into many T-Mobile stores to pay bills and such throughout the many years and I can honestly say without a doubt that this is the best store I have ever been too. The employees here understand everything about T-mobile and are so helpful. Having talked to the manager of this location, I have been told that they are the top store in all of Utah. That is a pretty big accomplishment and something that should be commended. Go to this store and they will get you taken care of and you wont leave disappointed for angry for not getting answers.

Raul and Cody are very knowledgeable. No place is perfect but with a modicum of patience they will figure out your problem. I used to only go to T-Mobile corporate locations, however this is one authorized dealer that I am happy is close by for me. Several times I have been in around closing and they help me without seeming to care about trying to bust out of there right at 8.

Went in with a phone problem, they made little effort to fix or resolve. Didnt even try to offer me any deal on a new phone. So I bought a new phone else where.
