The sign on the door states they open at 10:00 a.m. on Saturdays. It is 10:16 a.m. and they still havent opened the door for business. There are already 2 customers waiting outside...this is lousy customer service before weve even stepped inside the store. Hire dependable employees who can open the doors and be ready for business at 10:00 a.m.

Not Even a 1 Star! They dont greet you when you walk in! Layed back nonprofessional attitude! I am very outraged. Ive received the worst service EVER! I do not recommend going to this location! I felt very uncomfortable as I was receiving attitude from the woman working at the time! From the owner down to the "employees " ! Terrible!

Ive been there several times, including to make a purchase. The guy with the East Coast accent helped me out. He was respectful and competent. Id go there again. They dont always have what I wanted in stock, so thats the only negative. Otherwise, good customer service.

Great service, helpful. I decided on the spot to switch to metro pcs because of it. Dont know about other metro pcs locations but this one won me over and yes, it was the guy with the east coast accent and gold grill, above and beyond good service, thx.

I would give no stars if that was an option. The only good isthat there was no lines (I now understand why) Terrible customer service. Disrespectful to a customer.. The owner looks like a wanta be gangster with his fake gold grill..
