Dishonesty is the rule at this location. I went in to change my plan, which Ryan was happy to help with. Then, while talking to Ryan about my device needs he saw fit to not disclose that my needs were already met by a feature included in my new plan. Instead he chose to sell me a device I didnt need while promising to waive the activation fee. When I learned about this I tried to return the device to the store. The salesman (I dont remember his name) that greeted me basically told me that even though I was duped by Ryan, I was SOL. Then the manager, Tandra, came to help. Her idea of helping was still charging me a restock fee even though I had been clearly cheated by one of her employees. Before I left, my bank account being $35 lighter, I had her check my latest bill. Sure as the sun shines, Ryan lied about waiving the activation fee too. These people are all charisma and zero actual help. Your time is better spent going to another location...or carrier. I would have given negative stars, but that wasnt an option.

This store is safe again..... Jason is no longer there. I lost my iPhone 3Gs yesterday so I called the store about options. I spoke with a Ryan who was more than helpful, and told me how to get the information on my account that I needed. After speaking with Ryan & customer care I stopped in to this store and was greeted by the manager Scott. He set me right up with Andy who upgraded my iPhone to a 4 before it was eligible by using a another phone on my account that was eligible. He upgraded that phone then transferred it to my number. This saved me $200 to which I am very grateful. Great service without the cheerleader kicks, but I cant guarantee he didnt like my sneakers, Famous Footwear if your interested. All kidding aside, I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. Thanks Andy, Scott & Ryan

I had worst service in this store and would never recommend any one to go to this store. These people do not know their own policies and provide wrong information, and when you ask for their policies, they reuse to provide it. Also when you ask for their Supervisor, they refuse to provide. Dan seems to be a trainee and was very rude. On asking about security deposit to be refundable, he tells that it is not if the account is cancelled within 12 months, which is wrong. I asked to double check, which he confirmed that yes - ATT will not return the security deposit. This was confirmed by another associate G which is completely wrong. ATT will return within 60 days of cancellation, which they are not aware and are misleading customers. I would not recommend anyone to go to this store.

This place is a joke... The staff does absolutely NOTHING. Every single month our bill is wrong. We go down there every single month to deal with this. They still cant figure out what is going on with our bill. My husband went in yesterday and they just sat around and talked because nobody wanted to help him. I have had it with this place and these so called "managers" I wish I could give them no stars. We will be switching providers, after having At&t for the last 5 years. People you mine as well go to a different location cause these employes suck!!!!! Boo at&t

Dishonest sales staff. They add insurance on your phones even if you say no. You have to call and get reimbursed. The ATT rep over the phone that reimbursed me said that the sales staff gets paid commission on the insurance sales so that if you miss it on your bill they get paid. Horrible people. Check your statements every month. They will add it later as well.

very disappointed in at&t customer service over all. was going to switch from Verizon but since it has taken several days with little or no follow thru on their part, I am going to deal with paying a bit more and stay with verizon.

I bought iPhone 6s(paying all cost at a time). When I bought this phone they told me that they can unlock this phone after 14 days. After 4 months when I ask for unlock they are saying 6 months. Manager was not at all helpful.

Worst ever service. Bought a BoGO and they did not give the correct information that it will only cover 695 dollors and i had to pay 100 dollors from my pocket. When i go and asked about they were careless. Worst service ever

Agents are misinformed and are willing to tell customers anything to get a sale, even if that means outrageous surcharges and bills that are out of the roof! AT&T shows no loyalty to long time customers.
