I was so happy to see a Verizon store right by my home! I purchased a new phone there just before Christmas. I wanted a Galaxy, which was what I was used to. I was talked into a Moto Z Droid by Tony, who told me the deal on the Moto was a lot better than the Galaxy. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE MOTO Z. Then, I saw a commercial showing the Galaxy I wanted was the SAME deal as the Moto! I went back to the store and Tony was supposedly on vacation in Mexico. The guy who "helped" me was just like a used car salesman taking in a trade! First, he was not sure which model I had, then he took my phone apart and said it had a scratch on the inside so if they took it back, they would not be able to give the full price on the trade. He said Tony would be back in a couple days. I texted Tony to call me when he returned, but that never happened. These guys are NOT REPUTABLE! For anything else I need, I will continue to go back to the store at Arrowhead Mall. I would not purchase anything else at that store, ever. If I had not needed a phone that night to be able to work the next day, I would have gone to the other store. This is a dealer, not a Verizon store, so you are not dealing with corporate. If I could give this store less than one star for customer service, I would!

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! You think youre going to an actual Verizon store but its NOT! My husband and I got new phones from them and they quoted the upgrade finance charges would be $27 per phone, its not, we are being charged more per phone. Then while my husband and I were on vacation our oldest went in to get a new phone with our permission and they got really shady! My son saved his $ to buy a new phone out right and they charged him over $100 more for the phone than advertised because he was not financing it! Even the actual Verizon customer service center thought it was wrong for them to do that. Then when we got our 1st bill after upgrading it was over $200 more than it was suppose to be, again Im on the phone with Verizon customer service. They ended up crediting me all the over charges this store put on our bill, thankfully Verizon recognized they had over charged us and were able to fix it. This store does NOT represent the Verizon brand and takes advantage of Verizon customers buy using the Verizon brand/ logo. They are very shady, I recommend going to an ACTUAL Verizon store and stay clear of this "authorized" one!! If I could give them less than 1 star I would!!

I never go to the Verizon stores of the authorized dealers. I did years ago and had a horrible experience. This time I went and had a thousand questions and had probably the best experience that I have had, when dealing with Verizon in years. I worked with the salesman Sam. Ask for him! My daughter had a unique experience and he handled it perfectly. He was so very understanding to what she was going through and worked so hard to make sure that we got what we needed for her. I had just recently had a surgery and was in a sling and we spent literally hours working with him over several days and got to the point where he was able To make fun of me and I just laughed and appreciated it! He is truly a good guy! Then I decided I wanted to do a tablet as well. I could not decide what one to get. By the time I decided... I am sure, as I told him, he was probably ready to get rid of us and would miss me when I was gone. So see, he treats you like a friend when he is helping you. If you dont want the high pressure sales experience and want someone to have patience because you are unsure, or if you have a unique experience give SAM a call!

Excellent! This was my first visit to a Verizon store and I was very impressed! To start - the layout, the space, the privacy and the set-up in this store was awesome. Every member in the store acknowledged my husband and I as we walked in and were very quick to help out. We were lucky to have a gentleman by the name of Gustavo to help us out, personally; he was thorough, patient, kind, and took his time with us as we had a lot of information and tedious things to go through (he was with us for over 2 hours). Gustavo made sure we were educated on our purchases, and made sure that he offered us every deal and promotion he could. I was a bit apprehensive about switching carriers, but very happy I made the decision I did. He left my husband and I with his personal information to contact him if we were ever in need of any further assistance or questions. Another plus - everyone helped one another out with tasks - there was great teamwork, and friendliness. Thank You, Gustavo! Thank You to the 43rd and Bell Rd. Verizon Store! I will be sending people your way :)

I went into the location on bell and 43rd avenue in Phoenix. I was fuming due to verizon throttling my data since we switched to their unlimited plan. I went in and was immediately greeted by a service rep named Greg. I was ready for a fight on this issue considering every time I have had problems it took me hours of arguments to get anything done. Greg took us to his desk and I showed him the problem. He found a quick, but temporary, solution. We came to the agreement that I will monitor the problem over he next couple months and use the temp fix in the meantime. Although this is not ideal, Greg was able to diffuse any issue I brought up. I was, and am, thoroughly impressed with this. I can honestly say he was one of the best customer service oriented people I have delt with in general. I will not be going to any other Verizon locations, I will always come here. Also, I have never written a review before, but his actions deserved one for sure.

I worked with Mick and the experience could not have been better. After struggling with Sprint service for months I finally decided to make the switch to a better provider. Mick was very thorough in discussing the different options and benefits of not only Verizon, but of different types of phones. I felt like Mick was looking for the best solution for my situation and wasnt trying to push any particular package or handset, which is something that I experienced elsewhere. From the time I made the decision to make the switch to the time my phone arrived, I barely had to do anything. Mick took care of it all. Getting my number ported over from was simple as well. After my phone had been set up for a few days, Mick contacted me to see if I had any questions about the online account, initial billing, device features, etc. From beginning to end the service from Mick at Cellular Sales was "primetime".
