Nikki and her team were just waaay cool and outstanding in helping me to purchase a new Samsung Galaxy S8+!!! Its outrageously fantastic and an awesome hot rod tweaked out with super fast, new options, outstanding camera, battery power, and a mighty fine sleek design!! Nikki diligently but slowly helped me through the process of comparing the new phones out there, making sure I was staying within the parameters of what I wanted. What she wasnt 100% sure of, she gave it over to her capable and waaay cool staff of Danny, Nick, and Garrett, who filled in all the the holes with their understanding and knowledge of the new technologies that are out there today. Nikki greeted me with an awesome smile and a "Hi, how can I help you today?" calming attitude before I was on my 5th step into the store! By that attitude and spirit, she was able to calm my angst and anxiety about updating my smartphone experience. She let me know of all the promotional events available at that time and helped me with the most important transfer of valuable photos of which was around 14,000! As you can imagine, it took quite some time for that to take place, so Nikki took it on herself to make me feel comfortable, so we just talked about things and life in general. When the rest of her team finished helping each and everyone of their many clientele, they would come periodically come over to offer any assistance and let me know of their life experiences and hobbies. It kinda felt like being part of a family. Very kind and caring people, not only in service and knowledge, but also in the realm of the human experience and spirit. When I finished, I shook all their hands and Nikki, with my bag of goodies in hand, walked me to the door and told me to come back with any concerns I might have or just come by and say "Hello"! The Anthem community, Pioneer RV camp, and surrounding areas are extremely lucky to have our Verizon GoWire less Store staffed by such understanding, knowledgeable, and mighty fine human beings!! I rarely take time to write a review, but I need to let people know how PHENOMENAL the customer service is at the Verizon store in Anthem (off of Daisy Mountain)!! Michael Curtis, in particular, has blown me a way with not only his capability but also his great patience! I first came in the store with the desire to put parental guards on my sons phone, and Mike went above and beyond to set up the safeguards to put my moms heart at peace... Then, when I switched all my devices to Apple, I came to the store frustrated, unable to navigate the new system. Mike spent a couple HOURS with me, getting my work presentation switched over to the new computer and helping me navigate the system!! You just dont find customer service like this anymore, and I will be a faithful Verizon user indefinitely after Mikes kindness!! When Mike hasnt been available, Jeremy Jennings has also been extremely helpful and patient! VERY IMPRESSED WITH THESE TWO....

Look no further nor waste your time at other Verizon Wireless Premium retailers --- the level of expertise and exceptional customer service is unsurpassed here --- this has been my retailer of choice now for over 3 years --- my parents travel down from Prescott to this location for all their Verizon wireless needs --- yesterday, Ross helped me swap out my iPhone 4S for the iPhone 6 --- data transfer perfect, helped me save some money on my monthly bill, was knowledgeable on all aspects "Apple", and an absolute pleasure to work with -- I have stopped at other Verizon locations in the past to look at offerings and ask a quick question, and in most cases the specialists were not as friendly or knowledgeable as the team in Anthem

We went to this store to get some information on the Edge program and possibly change and upgrade our phones. We had the pleasure of working with Brandon Goodwin. What a wonderful experience it was. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and review everything with me. He spends the time with you to make sure you are comfortable with your choices and takes the time to set everything up for you. We will definitely return to this store to work with Brandon again. We have a few more phones to upgrade and he and this store will be where I will return to do this at. It is worth the drive to work with this wonderful gentleman, even if it is out of your way. Thank you Brandon for all your help.

Horrible service. Costs more than purchasing directly from Verizon. This is NOT a corporate store. They do not fit you with the phones you need, they fit you with what they have in stock which includes re-builts which are junk. Then they work on all the discounts, they say, but in the end, you lose your 2-year contract, you cant trade up and you also find out you spent more, wasted a LOT of time, and you should have gone to a Verizon Corporate store or dealt with someone online. Never again at this place or any non-corporate Verizon store. Headaches, time wasted, etc. Ive even talked to the regional manager of these stores twice, lots of "Im sorry" but nothing done.

Danny turned a challenging situation into the best experience possible. Danny helped us purchase a new phone and in attempts to switch everything over we had an issue with our Apple account-Danny stuck with us every step and contacted Apple for us-this issue stumped Apple Support and was escalated to their senior tech support. All the while Danny was happy to help and figure it out-despite the hours it took with Apple. I am in the service and sales industry-this is how you keep customers! We will be back to see Danny and this store for our future needs. Thank you!!!

My AppleI5 just died on me. Not good news cause my husband was in the hospital and couldnt communicate with him and vice verses. Nickies patience was excellent. All my passwords were on my phone not a good idea!!!Her talent to was great. She found them helped to download and reset. Now I can remember them more easily. Also explained my plan and how I could my plan and save money. Music to my husband ears. I very satisfied with Verizon. Whenever Ive needed assistance any office is ready to assist. "CAN YOU HEAR ME NOW"

Mike Curtis was very professional in finding the best solution on new phone, ordered it, couple days later called me to schedule an evening appointment that worked best for me. I arrived late, two customers in front of me and engaged his teammate Dane whom took over and had me all set on new phone. Not only did they both provide great customer service, but also educated me along the way on all the benefits and to stop by any time if any questions. I will recommend them and Verizon. Thank you. Lindsey from the Anthem store is amazing. She was so helpful and went out of her way to make sure my new phone was transferred without a hitch. She explained how the billing was going to appear at first so I wouldnt think she misinformed me. Lastly, when she didnt have one of the devices I wanted, she tracked it down close to where I live for my convenience to pick up. She absolutely went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this store and specifically Lindsey for their customer service.
