I received a Phone Battery pack as a gift for Christmas. Unfortunately I didnt need it and attempted to return it to the store unused. The person in charge said the he was unable to refund purchase and instead offered store credit. This was fine since I needed a pair of headphones. The Sales person (i.e. manager) sold me a pair of samsung wireless earbuds for use with in iPhone. When I got home the earbuds were quite and did not sound good. When I attempted to return the earbuds to exchange for a pair that sounded better, I was told there was nothing they could do due to sanitary reasons. (This was the same store manager). In any case the earbuds were left at the store because they didnt work and I am leaving a pithy review of this store for their lack of CUSTOMER service, lack of standing behind what they sale, and overall lack of honest business practices. I would recommend avoiding this store and going to a REAL Verizon store that honors what they sale.

Ive been in many Verizon stores and I must say that the customer service I received at this location was the best Ive ever had! I worked with Ryan and it was truly my pleasure. He was very knowledgeable and I did not in any way feel pushed into making a decision. He was very excited to tell me about other things such as a canned food drive and Make A Wish program the company was supporting in an effort to help others. This is by no means the location closest to me but I will be making the 30min drive to come to this store from now on. I feel its totally worth the great customer service! Thank you Ryan for making my experience a good one!

I was in to order a Pixle XL. I worked with the manager Ryan. He helped me so much. What I found outstanding was his knowledge of the Verizon promotions and looked into how me and my family could save money on our current plan. 2 weeks later a new (better) promotion was available at Verizon for the Pixle XL. I was out of state and called Ryan who quickly performed the necessary steps to cancel my previous order and helped assist me in ordering a new phone with the better promotional deal. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a caring knowledgeable team to set you up with an upgrade or new plan.

I wanted to go down from a smartphone to a prepaid plan because I did not use the data on my phone. Ryan and Asim were amazing. Both of them were friendly and a lot of fun to talk with. Though we presented them with a challenge, they worked through the issues till it was what we wanted. We walked out of there very happy customers! You guys rock! Thank you so much for your tenacity in getting us what we need. I have nothing but high praise for your professionalism and great customer service. Today I got to use my new phone a lot and its exactly what I need for the price I want. Way to go!! Thank you!!

I have dealt with many Verizon stores and this was by far the most pleasant staff I have encountered. Robert and Logan helped me and my family get new phones. They took care of everything for us and even called us afterwards to make sure we were okay with our new smartphones. They were great and we will only go to the Anthem store from now on.

Quinn was amazing and Super knowligable, he helped set up a new account and spent a couple of hours helping me understand how everything worked and setting up the new phone. I didnt have to wait on any lines or take a number, he was very helpful and i will definitely recommend this store to friends in the future

They are always so helpful at this store.. I would never go to any other Verizon authorized dealer.. The manager is so super nice. He even offered to help sync up my new phone with the Blue Tooth in my car. Now THAT is customer service!!
