I went to this store in late November after comparing ratings of other AT&T retailer stores and was a little skeptical because the scores were so low. I saw only one recent review and it was very bad. Being a working person with previous jobs in customer service, I have high expectations regarding how I, and every other customer, should be treated in any store of this kind, but I took the chance and went in. I am glad to say I was not disappointed that I made this choice. The representative who helped me buy my new iPhone was William. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. He showed me features of phones as I described what I was looking for, told me pricing and incentives/sales, what many customers consider pluses and minuses, and allowed me to try each one. After I made my decision, he patiently set up my devices, activated my service, provided recommendations for cases and provided me with some accessories with my purchase. He thoroughly explained the warranties and steps I would need to take if necessary, what to expect on my first bill, and what to do if I had any problems. I love my new phone and am so glad I chose this store. I got great help, support and treatment here by this representative. The only problem was my contacts were not able to be transferred to my new phone. (from a different provider). This was not a fault of this representative but rather of the equipment in the store which did not yet have the new iPhone compatibility. Other then this, it was excellent!

This should be zero stars. My brother, whos in a wheel chair, and I went to this place for assistance with a phone. When we entered we were greeted by the manager who said hed be with us shortly. To set the stage, the only customer in the store were my brother and me. We waited and a trainee came over and tried to assist us but was not able to; however, he told us the manager was with a couple of regional representatives or something. They were having a meeting in the middle of the store while we waited. They began to get louder and I found they were making us wait while they compared and talked about their beards. Yes, we were waiting until they could finish talking about whiskers and laugh it up right there in front of us. We made our displeasure known and left. While we waited another customer entered but also left when we did. This was the most blatant customer service flop Ive seen in a long time. AT&T, youve lost a customer whos been with you for years.

Well Ryan was the only one here on a Saturday morning which to me is just crazy not having at least 2 employees working on a Saturday so me being #2 of 4 people(after 1 left) I still had to wait a great deal of time but Ryan himself is amazing, jumping back and forth in between customers as appropriate and did his best to get people helped in timely manner and Ryan is extremely knowledgeable and extremely polite with excellent customer service but unfortunately got screwed by his management. I still recommend the store only because Ryan is so awesome. He is the only reason I gave positive feedback at all well this also doesnt reflect the wireless service itself because I love that. This review is only for this exact store.

Ordered an iPhone 6 Plus at the store and was told delivery would be in 2 to 3 weeks. I received an order confirmation from AT&T stating it would be delivered in 6 to 7 weeks. This situation was remedied to my satisfaction by the new store manager, Richard. He has since helped me with other iPhone issues.
