Im going to name drop for this one! Marcus and Taylor! You guys are awesome and helped me out so much this week! It honestly wouldve been so much more stressful without you guys. Coming to this specific T-Mobile location multiple (and I mean MULTIPLE) times, Ive observed almost every employee interact with myself as well as others. Taylor and Marcus by far are the ones who stand out for me and have that really good customer service. Ive worked retail all of my life so Im always a critic naturally. I highly recommend these guys be brought into management within the company if they arent already because they possess what so many others lack these days, connecting conversations and lasting positive impressions. Everyone who came in was helped openly and honestly by these 2 in specific. I make a point to write reviews when Im either astounded at the greatness of my experience or horrified. You can guess which one this reflects! Thank you so much!!!!

Stopped by yesterday with many questions. Andrew was there to help my son and I out with new phones and a plan that meets our familys needs. His knowledge, patience and willingness to help was outstanding. After all was said and done he offered to follow up with us if we had any questions/concerns later. Going the extra mile is what this young man did for us. Customer services exhibited by Andrew was second to none. Needless to say we had an awesome experience with T-Mobile at Norterra. Keep up the great work!

Dont go to this store! Went there because I had trouble with phone. I upgraded and they said that I wouldnt have another payment for my old phone. The old went towards my new. Didnt happen, I was still having payments. They didnt fill paperwork out that I was upgrading. Store said they didnt have to do anything because I signed paper work. Also told me I couldnt do anything since they had my signature!!!I wouldnt give them 1 star, but in order to write, you have to!

Alexis has been very helpful in getting the right phone for me. My phones battery was just getting old and died throughout the day. The first phone did not have enough storage so I had to return it. Went with the Samsung Galaxy S6 and it works great. Got a refurb. However got out of the store without the box and no sim. Will have to go back for a third time. Frustrating. But the service has been great. Love that a girl has been able to help me too.

First... This is not a real T-Mobile store. Went in to get a phone activated for use abroad. The rep Casey Cooper gave me a contract that does not work abroad. When I called T-Mobile from Germany they where going to refund me but this third party store changed my contract so T-Mobile could not refund me..... TOTAL SHISTERS!....... DO NOT GO TO THIS THIRD PARTY STORE.

Bad service. There were three employees, one of them was helping a customer the other two were on their phone. They told us to wait and so we waited for 20 minutes before walking out. Every time we come here theres always something...

Not a bad place, when writing this review some of them are not crazy social and friendly but that is ok as i was under the impression there are a few new workers. Good location

Store was not open 15 mins after the time they were supposed to be open by. waited outside for 15 minutes and left.
