I received EXCELLENT customer service at this Cricket Wireless store located in Glendale, Arizona. This Cricket Wireless store is "corporate-owned," and to me -- that makes a big difference in the quality of customer care. As a new Cricket Wireless customer, I needed to transfer (port) my old Straight-Talk cell number to Cricket Wireless. It seemed the folks at Straight Talk were doing everything possible to delay releasing my cell number to Cricket Wireless. While Straight-Talk was making a simple "porting" process unnecessarily complicated, the excellent staff at the Glendale Cricket Wireless hung in there with me for over hour, and they would not take "no" for an answer from Straight-Talk. Finally, thanks to the Cricket store team, the transfer of my cell number to Cricket Wireless prevailed. Over the last five months, I have absolutely enjoyed my new service with Cricket Wireless. For my needs, I find the Cricket Wireless service to be better than Straight-Talk. For the reason of increased data speed alone (LTE), I am pleased to have switched to Cricket, and I would never consider returning to Straight-Talk.

Terrible customer service. Went to buy a phone as a Christmas gift. We asked if they dont like the color of the phone can we exchange it? Oh yes no problem. We asked can I buy the phone but not active it till Christmas eve? Yes, no problem. Get to the register I ask again if he doesnt like it can we return it? Yes she said. But the lady next to her said uh no we charge $25 restocking fee. Uh OK. We will get it. Then heres the mess! She asked for acct info no problem. Then she said I need to cancel the other phone. I explained to her we just want yo buy it. We will active it Christmas eve other wise he will know. So we left went to another Cricket and guess what we got the phone and was able to wait till Christmas Eve to active. These people know nothing and are unprofessional.

after waiting for 20 min and all the workers doing nothing i asked if i could get some help. so they told me i had to go back to the front of the store and sign in at the kiosk thing to be helped. If i were them i would put a sign up for right when you walk in saying please sign in so we can help you. it might help. i went to the next cricket store and gor a new phone there
