Long story short: I sent my phone off and it came back more broke. The full story: I had an HTC m8 and the screen was cracked. I decided to repair it instead of buying a new phone. (This was my boyfriends old phone that he still had and I was going to upgrade to it from my old LG smart phone). It was going to cost me $160 so I made sure everything was still working. The camera was great, the speakers were perfect still and the speed of the phone was like new. So I mailed my phone to the company and paid. It was quick service, I got the phone back in less than 2 weeks. When I got the phone back I began to look it over and right away I noticed the camera screen on the back was broken. A crack ran right in the middle of the circular glass. So I decided to call cpr. They answered and told me that unfortunately since that happened during shipping they wouldnt cover it. I said there was no way it happened during shipping because the rectangular box they send the phone in had no stress marks from being dropped or crushed. The manager said that he had looked the phone over before sending it to me and nothing was wrong with it. So I dont know if he misspoke or what because there was no way the camera broke in shipping with all the bubble wrap and box being in perfect shape. So eventually they agreed to repair the camera piece for free. I said I would drive over to phoenix from prescott in two weeks to drop the phone off and to show them the box that it shipped in. I put the phone away for the two weeks so that nothing would happen to damage the camera more. The day before I drove up to phoenix I turned on the phone to change some settings and prepare it to be my new phone. As I was doing that I changed the ring tone. And I noticed that the speaker was blown and sounded very rattly when the volume went past the volume setting of 2. I asked my boyfriend what the sound was and he said thats a blown speaker. Then he picked it up and saw the screen didnt even lay flat on the phone. So I realized that not only did they break my camera screen, they also blew the speakers and didnt even repair the screen correctly! So I went in the next day after driving to phoenix and told them everything that was wrong with this phone after they "repaired it." they said the best they could do was repair the camera and thats all, no refund. After a bunch of discussion they agreed to remove the screen they didnt correctly install and refund me. So I got a refund and they returned the phone to me without a screen, a broken camera glass and blown speakers. Basically I mailed off my phone to have them break it and send me it back. Thank you for eventually returning my money but no thank you for ruining my phone so that now I have more repairs to do. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Completely unprofessional repair job. Embarrassing business.

I have been emailing your customer service department for weeks now and NO repose. Your company and responses to bad reviews are all BULLSHIT! You were quick to take my money and apparently thats all that matters. After numerous trips still the same result. My phone is still broken, it gets so hot it cant be used. I had to purchase a new one. Making the situation right in no way matters to you. 07/25/2016 I originally took my phone in for a screen replacement it was mildly cracked on 6/18/2016. I left the store I noticed the foggy white out line completely around the border of the screen and the phone getting really hot every time I used it. I did not take The phone back the next day because it was Sunday and the store was closed. I took back the phone on Monday the service rep noticed what I was describing right away she said that they would replace the screen at no cost for me I left my phone my screen was replaced I took it home and the same thing was happening but only on half of my phone I took back the phone on Wednesday a different service rep saw exactly what I was describing, a third screen was put on my phone saying that the first two were probably defective or faulty and the third screen is doing the exact same thing my phone is not functioning correctly. The rep told me it was probably my phone. And they were not responsible for damage done. I told him if it was my phone why would it go from completely having a foggy screen to only half of the screen and he agreed. My phone was actually working better with a cracked screen. I am seeking a refund so I can take it else where. I have made 3 trips to the and 3 screens in a row can not possibly be defective. Apparently I am not the first customer having issues with the type service/work done.

My initial experience with CPR wasnt pleasnt to say the least. I will admit that reading some of the reviews on Google, (before going to the store) may have played a role in forging an unconscious bias, but I took my phone in and had a bad experience none the less. HOWEVER, This WAS laid to rest when I was contacted (Very quickly) by the manager, Mike, after reading my first review. He was nothing but professional. He was also EXTREMELY disappointed with the outcome of my experience and was quick to do what was needed to rectify it with the recourses he had at his disposal. At one point he personally made a trip across town to get the part in question for my phone after his tech expressed concern over a potential quality(H2O damage) concern on the new part they had installed. He did this to try and not only deliver the best quality possible, but to also deliver my phone as quickly as possible knowing how integral phones are in our life today(Damn you clash if clans!) I could barely tell what they were taking about, but trusted their knowledge in what is ultimately their field of expertise. This turned out to be a very satisfying decision and Im glad it worked out this way! Thanks to Mike and his techs over at CPR for working together(and with me) to bring quality of product and customer service to an overall satisfying experience! I would say, go for it. Bring the guys every last broken phone or laptop you have and prove me wrong! Their prices are VERY fair and they strive to bring the end-user the best possible experience possible.

We were in town on a family vacation and had an unfortunate accident happen and a screen broke on an international LG G2. Brad V greeted us and told us if would be ready in 45 min or less. They ended up going through all of their stock and they were faulty. We wanted it fixed right away so we took it to another place and they told us they couldnt fix it and told us the previous page had broke it beyond repair. I called back and talked to Brad, he listened to my concerns and was more than happy to have me bring the phone back so he could open it up and check out what the other place was saying was broken. After checking it out himself he brought it out for us to see that there was nothing wrong. I asked if he was getting any more in within the next day or two, or if he could get one in from another location. He was able to get a new replacement screen Friday morning (this all happened on a Wednesday) and got the phone up and running. He even replaced the tempered glass screen protector at no charge for all the problems we had! I highly recommend Cell Phone Repair and Brad V, they will take care of you and know how to make a customer feel good when they are at their lowest!
