Gave 2 stars only becsuse Cashier was super nice and I think he felt bad about what was going on, however repair guy broke my Samsung Note phone while replacing the charging port. (The phone was in great condition when I arrived besides the port being worn) after departing the store, i researched it myself and found that the ports are phone specific to a samsung and they used a generic one not knowing this. Repair guy told me the issue was having was becase I hadnt done updates on my phone. Not true. My phone had automatic updates. I told him about the phone specific issue when I returned to the store and he offered a refund after removing the port HE installed, however, he said my old port had been disposed of. This left me with a useless phone. After days of no phone and going back and forth I had to buy a new one (and i loved my old phone). I then found out by googling the problem that I could purchase a Samsung specific port on ebay for $5.00 including the tools to chang it.. Did that!..phone worked!...At one point the repair tried to sell me his used Samsung S5 for $250.00. He later tried to buy my "broken" phone because it was in great shape (what?) While removing the generic port, he told me my battery was bad and asked if I wanted to buy a new one. I said no but found on inspection of the battery at home, it had been switched out. WOW! I have waited 3 months to write this review because I was so dissspointed and offended I wanted to calm down enough to be honest and unbiased.. This experience really sucked! I believe he knew he broke the phone and tried to bullsh**t me because I was being polite about it instead of throwing a tantrum . Maybe its just the law enforcement officer side of me showing but.....He made me wonder if he isnt making money by "breaking" phones then offering to buy them. Why would he want my "broken" phone and why was he selling his "old" phone out of the store?

We ordered two 6 volt Duracell Deep Cell batteries online and picked them up in the Avondale Store, which saved us 10%. The worker loaded them on the cart and unloaded them into our car, for which we were to install them the next day in our RV. After he loaded them into our car, he took the special loading strap with him. I told him I needed that strap to lift the heavy 6 volt batteries. He said that is all he has and he loaned it to someone else and they kept it. I told him I need to buy one then if that special lifting strap doesnt come with the batteries. He said they didnt have any extra to sell. I said what? How do you expect me to lift those heavy batteries without that strap? He didnt seem to care, and I felt he left it to be my problem. We had to drive to another Batteries Plus store in Phoenix to buy a special lifting strap for $6.51 plus extra mileage. THAT WAS DISCUSTING, UNEXCUSABLE AND POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE. If you sell batteries that require a special lifting strap, make sure you have a lifting strap for the customer to use to lift the batteries for installation!!!!!!! We will try not to support that store in Avondale again!

This place is horrible, this guy had an attitude and told us I dont have that battery I have to eat and left. Really? I just need it a battery key car, 2 motorcycle batteries and 61 led bulbs. As a business man your leftovers or a $6.00 lunch was more important than the purchase. Get customer service knowledge.!

Needed a replacement 12V battery for my 2012 Prius. Batteries Plus had the only direct fit replacement, and they had it in stock! Ordered online and it was ready when I arrived for pickup 40 minutes later. Staff was extremely professional and polite resulting in a great experience.

RECOMMENDED! William helped me and I was very satisfied. Took my Galaxy S5 here to get a new battery because Sprint doesnt sale the batteries (now I know) and I was in out within 10 mins and he explained everything very well. Had a great attitude.

Entire experience was great....until they took my email address from my online order and signed me up for junk emails/newsletters/etc. I was willing to pay a tad more for a first class company, this is some crap that needs ton be fixed.
