Unhelpful when talking through the phone. I think its laziness and doesnt want to hold their phone to their ears to answer simple question. Theyd rather have you come in and waste your time. I called a different branch and was able to help me in less than 3 mins without driving over to their location. Now tell me the reasons for that. NO TO THIS ONE.

The 2 men ( Kenton, & Roberto) are amazing! Definitely the best customer service Ive ever had! Store manager should definitely be proud of these 2 gentleman! Thank you guys for helping us with everything and giving us the best customer service! Definitely deserve a raise thats for sure!

I like this location because the guys who work here are very tech savy! They transferred my contacts and photos to my new phone so quickly. Thats why I often tell people about this AT&T on Bell Road east of 7th Street in Phoenix because its a little hidden away because its set back.
