I used to go here until I truly needed help. There has been multiple incidences that I needed help from their workers and received no help whatsoever. If you need help finding something you better believe you will not receive help from the workers and the manager. The other day I lost something and never received any help finding it and even called back just in case they found it. However when I call I never received help and stayed on the line for about an hour each time I called and in the end I got hung up on. Im still waiting on a call as I write this review for about 45 minutes so far and have some received no help other than being put on hold. I would suggest any other retail store to shop at rather than this one because they truly need to work on there customer service

Always so busy. Things are disorganized. The line is always long for checkout. I ordered stuff online and picked up in store. I followed the instructions in the email to pick up my items. (Told to go to any register at the front of the store and pick up.) I waited 10 minutes only to be told I have to go to the back of the store in the home area to pick up my order. So I walked back and waited in THAT line for 5 more minutes. Im avoiding JCP from now on.

This JCPenney has always been good to me. I went in to purchase date night clothing over did it with hundreds but ended up only spending $5. Coupons, customer appreciation points and the rep gave me an addition percentage off. Great store always deals and there reps never fail to greet in entering.

I love shopping at our local JC Penny! This is where I mainly shop for my husbands dress slacks, dress shirts and other attire. I also shop here for jewelry sales! They always seem to have nice jewelry on clearance! The place is very clean and very close to the I-10 in Ahwatukee.

Great JCPenny location. Has a Sephora inside the store. Store is clean with a large selection of inventory usually kept in stock. I shop at this store frequently, especially when they are having one of their many excellent sale days.

Horrible experience...made an appt for family portraits and had to wait 30mins past our appt time. It is difficult to coordinate 10 people for photos and expected better customer service than this
