Being a 1st time customer to Nordstrom, I was excited to check it out. I always heard how great the service is, and beautiful clothing. Well... The clothing was right, but was very shocked on how poor the customer service was. I wasnt very familiar with the store, so I started browsing. There were several employees there to help, but as Im looking through the different departments, not one person asked if I needed help, or even a friendly hello. Customer service is my forte, and I know that 1st impression is everything. When a customer comes in, my 1st thought is to make them feel welcome, and make sure they are taken care of. Especially in this economy when new business is crucial. It left a bad taste in my mouth, and hope that this review will make an impact for better changes. I will probably not return as a future customer.

Nordstrom is a great shopping center and will provide a wonderful shopping experience for you each time. They have varieties of everything one needs in terms of clothing for men, women and children plus make up items, accessories and much more. The staff are kind and efficient at finding what you need and if they dont find it they order it for you and you can always return what you cannot use. They also have all the facilities needed to meet the comfort needs of the clients. This is the place that one can count on and I recommend it to all for quality shopping.

Very kind and helpful staff. I needed several different skincare and cosmetic items and was able to purchase them quickly and efficiently. The woman behind the counter was even kind enough to give me a skincare sample of a new product I was considering. From there I went to the shoe department and while they did not have my size at the moment they were able to order it for me. I have not been to many Nordstroms on the west coast as I am from New York City but this store was right on par with the service Ive come to love. Would recommend

Bought a pair of almost $300 boots they squeaked. Brought boots back to be repaired, they said 2 weeks. After a month, and calling a few times, Nordstroms said the boots were ready. When I got home, nothing was done, no information, nothing. I called the manufacturer, they quickly replaced the boots, no problem. Why couldnt Nordstrom do this? What happened to the customer service? Costco has a better return policy. I will not buy from this store again.

Shoe departments have gone downhill quite a bit. I was in there a year ago, and the attention to detail was second to none. Great table presentations and the energy on the floor was amazing. Its turned into a bunch of "salespeople" and "managers" standing around and not truly servicing the customer. Whats changed? This is not the Nordstrom that I know.

Awesome experience! I hate shopping and was dreading this day, but Dexter my salesman made it a very enjoyable and easy experience. He miraculously made me look somewhat presentable. The tailoring department was able to hem both pairs of slacks within a couple hours. Awesome all around!

I have a mixed relationship with Nordys. I have had some success in getting nice shirts and occasionally nice pants. Whats with all the skinny jeans?? Seriously, dont people do leg days anymore?

Absolutely love the atmosphere and kind sales people at Nordstrom! The coffee bar in the Chandler location is one of my favorite spots to grab a Chai.

There is no better Shop for men then Nordstrom. The staff is beyond knowledgeable and helpful, they have never sold me anything, I want to buy it all!
