Bad Dog

If you have a service dog(i also had a puppy in my arms when this specific incident happened, my SD is 7 with hip dysplasia so we just needed to get the puppy who is his eventual replacement some food) do not come to this walmart because the door greeter lady will be rude to you every time you walk in, state incorrect rules, which the other staff backs up, deny you entry, call security on you and the manager will state rules you already tried to explain to the lady and NOT apologize. I didnt do anything wrong, i know walmart rules as i called corporate before i started bringing my SD and they were very nice about it. I didnt steal, i didnt yell and i didnt have a weapon so i dont understand why security was called and its a shame because now i cant go to walmart anymore. You guys should probably do a better job at educating your staff because that very quickly could have turned into a legal situation and now i have to drive for like 15 more minutes a day to go to target. It was an inconvenience for everyone and i am very upset that the situation wasnt handled better- the only positive note is that the door lady DOES ask if Kane is a service dog every time we come in(i go to walmart at least 6 days a week just to get out of the house- she definitely knows me by now) so thumbs up for her doing her job but everything else that has happened is very wrong and needs to change.

Well this Walmarts is smaller but I have to say there pharmacy is the best!!!! All the employees are super nice and there head Pharmacist is awesome!! They are super fast always right around 15 min if you just dropped your script off and you cant beat that!! Only bad thing about this store is that it is a smaller Walmart so it wont have all the choices as the bigger Stores have... But Ill give them 4 stars only reason they didnt get 5 stars is cause they wont let me being my little rat terrier puppy in the store SMS thats just sucks I was even Carrying him in my arms and the lady kicked my out.. I understand its some stores policy no dogs!! But I live in Arizona and you just cant leave your pets in the car when its 110°o outside not even for 5 min its just way to hot... so who knows ...I know one thing that they should do here in Arizona is pass a law that lets you bring your dog or pets in the stores during the 6 months of summer maybe not the whole state but at least here in the valley... I know it would bring a lot of issues up like the big breeds of dogs people would freak out... any ways i could talk about that forever.. Its a great store enjoy it!!

It is the second time I try to return any item at this location (with my receipt) and have been turned away! The first time it was because they didnt have the item in the store. The associate scanned the item and said it is not in our store so I cant return it! Didnt even attempt with the receipt to return it (Christmas present). He sent me to the Elliot or Dobson location. Well I went to the Elliot location and they apologized because I had my receipt they couldnt understand why they denied the return. Well, I went here again today! A family member purchased coffee for me and purchased the incorrect one and I wanted to exchange it (with original receipt)! Well, they denied it again! The lady said that because it was a "food item" I had to go to the original location that it was purchased at!!?? Well guess what?! That location is miles away and I am not driving for $7 to that location. You have lost me as a customer and will no longer shop here! This place has the worst service and has absolutely no consistency in their training to their staff!

i start off with what I hate . Walmart will not price match soda when competitor does deals like 3/12. indvidual unit sales they wint either like one 12 for 3.00. now what i love about wak-mart. Price Matching, there price check catcher in the app. price matching on meat and produce so awsome price checker insude there app, has you scan barcodr or input it with camera or keyboard . scans local ads in stored in surronding area and gives you back the money in digital wal mart gift card. no need to drive back for a price match refund. again with pricing if you see something on floor that had two prices for the excat same item (this means excat same UPC code) (like they missed a price label when do price switches) take a photo of it first, or bring that one up to register with you. they will match it. by far best thing is RAIN CHECKS, great for produce since they will honor that deal, but also great at other locations for sales on toys, clothes, video games, etc.

Just called in to see if they had any waterproof pants for snowboarding or skiing. One lady picked it up and she transferred me to another lady. She asked again how can i help u. I said i am looking for waterproof pants for snowboarding or skiing. She asked which department i was looking for. OMG. Thats the reason why i called. If they had any in any of the departments. If i were to know if its in the clothing department or the sporting department, i would have said so. Then they transferred me again to this guy. He asked again how can i help u. I said the same thing and he said oh they transferred you to the wrong department and said he will transfer me to the right one. After being on hold for a while, another guy answers "hi. This is electronics. How can i help you?". I dont even know why they sent me to electronics and makes me question how they are communicating in there. Overall very bad customer service experience.

This location is never stocked, in my opinion the worst big walmart Ive ever been to, I only go bc its close, it has the basics but I end up going two or three times just to try and wait for certain things to be stocked, its pretty common that the same shelves will be empty for days or weeks even which seems super shady to me bc all the expensive versions will be well stocked and the good prices versions are never in stock, Im sure a lot of the Asu students buy a lot of the cheap stuff but it should be no surprise to them and they should be able to adjust and get extra of things that sell more of, no grocery store is that bad which leads me to believe they do it on purpose to sell more expensive brand name stuff, people come to Walmart specifically for the discounts...

This Walmart is half the size of most Walmarts. I had a ring to return, when I got there I was told they didnt have a jewelry section at all. They werent able to do my return even tho I had the receipt and tags on merchandise as well as original packaging. I only had my bike as transportation that day so it was a bit upsetting that their website did not mention they didnt have a jewelry section. They do not have paint or spray paint at this location either. If your looking for something specific, it would be best to call ahead and speak to an employee for confirmation on wether or not they carry what you need before going.
