Over the last few months, our family has grown to have a great dissatisfaction for this Walmart. Between the unfriendly, unhelpful staff, the extremely long lines, finding food items, (due to either being moved somewhere else in the store, or just not enough stock, etc.) trouble getting prescriptions, (even after a week), it has become a nightmare to shop here. Many times staff is called to the front to man cash registers, and Ive yet to see more lines open. Today I waited in line for about 25 min, as the five others carts in front of me, where full carts like mine. Today was my last day shopping here. To be fair there are a few exceptions in regards to the staff, but overall, Ive found most of the staff unwilling to help or answer questions. And my worst complaint to date, my husband was looking at Bluetooth head phones in a case, do you think any of the young men working that evening would help him. He even asked a clerk to help him. Hes was told they were busy and hed have to wait..... he waited, while I grocery shopped. We finally left. Gave our purchase to someone who wanted it. I suggest management take a good look at their staff. During your busy hours put your speedy checkers on, not your slowest. And train your staff to not neglect your costumers. I am not one to complain, but this is out of hand.

Extremely rude customer service over the phone along with long waits. I called in to see if they had a specific item available and a lady transferred me to the correct depeartment but no one answered and I was sent back to the original lady who transferred me. I asked if she could search of the item number for me and she got snobby and said she only transfers calls and acted like I was stupid. Eventually she found someone who was able to speak with me. I have this manager the item # which she couldnt find because it was listed online only. I told her what it was that I was looking for and that it was listed as "limited availability" (which is why Im calling in) and located in Aisle 2. She got irritated that I mentioned the fact that it said limited availability and she said there is a reason it is listed as limited and it was listed that way at the start of the season? I understand the fact that its limited but I dont see why its such a bad thing to call in and see if a item is available or not. I will not be calling in here again. Port service and extremely rude. Treat your customers better or fire your getto ass workers that you pay minimum wage.

The lines are always ridiculous but thats not enough reason for me to type up a review. My problem is the fabric cutting counter. I spent a good 30+ minutes picking out fabric for a baby quilt, trying to match colors and patterns. I roll up to the cutting counter and no one is there. No one has been there the entire time Ive been looking at fabric. So i look around, theres no call for assistance button and i wandered the surrounding aisles to find an associate, not a soul in sight. So i call the store from my cell and they immediately page someone over the intercom. I sit there for another 10 minuted and still nothing. So i call the store back and tell them Ive been waiting forever and no one has come and that i wont be purchasing their fabric. The lady doesnt care and just says okay in an annoyed voice. Great customer service there wally.

I went there later at night. I saw a toy in their ad my grandson wanted. 3 different employees didnt know what I was talking about. One employee couldnt find it so she told me to go in the back and look through the Xmas items. They finally went and got an ad at the entrance. If that wasnt bad enough I got in line behind a family buying baloons. Three employees fought and degraded the family for over 30 minutes. I had to put my items back in the basket and go to a different line while another fiasco was taking place. It took 3 employees to ring up my newspaper. I told them to use the numbers on the bar code and they ignored me. Unprofessional, unknowlegeable and down right ignorant. They all but called the family buying the balloons thieves because the employees didnt know how to do their jobs. 2 1/2 hours of hell.

While in shopping the police where driving through the parking lot scanning "yes scanning" every car in the parking lot when we walked out an officer was parked near my buddys ride when we got near they called out to him by name turns out he had a warrant so was arrested right there on the spot. All the while not disobeying a single law off any kind but yet here he was b getting cuffed up all because he decided to pick up the baby wipes from Wal-Mart ( honestly the sole item purchased) how is this not UN~CONSTITUTIONAL ( the whole aspect of it being "private property" is a whole seperate matter. Calling all true patriotic Constitutionalist stand up for what is right and lets put an end to the policed state that we now currently live in

Went to pick up photos at the photo center at about 5:30pm..literally waited 20 minutes behind only one person. There was a huge lineup behind me. The worker went to get something for the person in front of me and it took SO long I had to go find an electronics worker to find my photos for me. I had already prepaid so I really just needed someone to find them in the drawer and hand them to me. Then they couldnt find them...about 10 minutes of searching and trying to tell me I must of ordered them way too long ago (no..they were ready yesterday), they found them filed under the wrong letter.... I was pretty annoyed to wait 20 minutes to have my photos handed to me. Next time I will go to Sams Club, they are much more efficient.

They never have anything in stock, you could go back 2 weeks later and they still wouldnt have the things you needed in stock, there was also a lady in the dressing room area that hunted us down and yelled at us because my sister left a swimsuit bottom in the dressing room that apparently belonged to a set but wasnt in one on the rack she then ripped the swimsuit my sister picked out of her hands and said that the one she had was two different sizes, even though that is how we got it off the rack, she told us to go put it back immediately and when we went to look at other swimsuits she stood there and said "its that way!" I wish I would have gotten her name because she was absolutely horrible and really just deserves to be fired

Had a VERY UNPROFESSIONAL experience with an older female name "regina" at the pharmacy today!!! Rude witch who told me to "go somewhere else if you want!!" After i complained about waiting 2 hours for perscriptions for my child who had his wisdom teeth removed and needed his pain meds . I was told would take 30 mins and still werent ready 2 hours later!!! They told me they were "working on it" . After a huge argument/scene with 3/5 female employees including the pharmacy manager ( who was laughing at first) i miraculously got the perscriptions 10 minutes later! Disappointing..... walmart employees think they can be a smartass with paying customers.
