If you want to kick me out of your store and miss out on business (I was just buying some Swishers, girl) because I refused to show my I.D. by just walking in... thats cool. Trails loss. But dont be uneducated in your own craft and tell me its the law to card me as soon as I walk in. ITS NOT. I planned to show my PASSPORT when I actually PURCHASED something. Dont mislead a persons rights. Ironically, I got much better service from the establishment next door. A Trails employee noticed this, eavesdropped on my conversation with the stores clerk, and intercepted me as I walked out to MISINFORM me of the "law" stated above, repeatedly calling me a jerk. Regardless of this, this Trails location has a poor selection at all times. Actually, the establishment next door mentioned above... gets some of their limited selection from the same warehouse. Time has taken a toll on TRAILS... please check out BnB OR ANY OTHER HEAD SHOP where youll be respected and your dollar accepted in accordance with law and not some idiotic policy.

Nice place on the inside and I heard they are going to be remodeling and only using half the spsce they have right now. The staff when i was there was extremely friendly and helpful. Dont miss the Cheeto at the cash register.

Since theyve decreased the amount of square footage here, its much more of an inviting locale! Their selections are always on point.
