Great people, prices and I get 2%with my executive Costco card and with my Costco-visa 2% so 4%every Costco trip wee. Then I fill up with Costco gas and use my Costco-visa witch I get 4% on. Best quality products at the lowest possible prices. Yes please sign me up for that membership!! Do I want to upgrade to the executive membership? Where I get 2% and outside services, like buying a car, travel morgage, home and auto insurance, cc processing, and more theres more. OMG yes And with my Visa that card is awesome I get price watch for free where I get a check if the price on something changes in 30 days. Can I just say shut up and take my money!!! Thank you Costco u save me $$$every time!!

Was just in here with my mom and we tried to buy things together and the cashier was the most rude individual I have ever interacted with in a Costco. Weve been to several Costcos and never had an issue but she refused to let me pay because I "wasnt a member" even though I was paying for my moms items and she has been a member for over 20 years. From California, Oregon and now Montana we have never had an issue. I will never return to this place as the other employees didnt seem to care how rude she was. I would rather drive an hour and a half to Bozeman. Horrible store, the cashier was Lisa D.

Only reason I give this store a 4 star instead of a 5, is for two personal reasons. One, I hate when Im sick or not feeling good, that I have to walk all the way across the store to the pharmacy. Wish they would put in a drive through on the east side of building. Two, is for the congestion created when they get busy when your either standing in line waiting to check out or when your leaving the checkout and the food court is busy. It can get really congested. Theres got to be some way to alleviate this. Otherwise, I love this place.

I just had the worst experience in a costco of my life! The cashier, got her name off of my receipt from the store here in Helena mt, her name is Lisa D, decided to take it upon herself to be incredibly rude. Not only did she make a huge hassle for someone who was trying to pay in line before me, but she kept up the attitude with me! I pay to shop here, and there is no reason someone should be so rude when all I did was smile and ask how she was.

I love Helena Costco! However! There is something seriously wrong with their carts. I kept getting shocked as I pushed the cart around. It was awful. Like some sort of aversion therapy. Lol. I mentioned it to several employees who strangely had absolutely no response. There were no shocks in the optical area or the chilled produce section. I cant be the only one experiencing this??? I cant return unless something is resolved

The Optometrist is fantastic and she provides outstanding customer service. As for the store, it is nicely run and is not as crowded as some other locations which makes the shopping experience that much more pleasant.

Almost always, well stocked, clean, and professionally run. Much faster and more convenient than its big city counterparts. Great for online ordering with store pickup. Saves a bunch in delivery/freight charges.
