Store was clean and neat and had a lot of nice items but the positive experience stopped there. The clerk at the jewelry counter made my daughter and I feel like common criminals almost as soon as we walked toward "her" counter. She watched us at every move, her body looked tense and ger actions certainly werent welcoming. At one point, I went to look at a different section than my daughter (who by the way is a 40+ RN). There was certainly nothing sneaky or questionable in our appearance. The clerk seemed really concerned with our separation. We were both interested in purchasing fairly expensive items, but after her behavior we choose to check out our other items and leave. She had the audacity to follow us to the front check out! My first inclination was to discard all of our carted items and just leave. However, we did go to different cashiers and they were great. The "crime stopper" hovered until she saw us checking out and then went back to her station. I have always liked TJMaxx at different stores. I can promise you that unless something changes I will not set foot back in the Helena store and I will let everyone I know about this horrible experience.

It would have been much better if the carts fit car seats in any form whether inside it or something. Maybe add car seat carriers to a couple since they dont. I ended up not buying anything because not only was I carrying a 30lb thing around but that left me with no arms or desire to carry anything else or even look around much

One of the nicer stores of this type Ive seen. The clothes were arranged by type and size, but it seemed easier to find what I was looking for than in other locations. Great selection of brands at good prices. I wish I had left more empty room in my suitcase!

Used to have more selection in bathroom department and decor, as well as foods. Store has wide aisles and is well organized for the most part. Hard to find a clerk for assistance. Have been satisfied with purchases.

This is an upscale discount store selling name brands. You never know whats going to be there, nor what brands will be there. Highly recommend it for last-minute purchases

Discount store. I do not see much of a value to this store. It seems to have products to do not do very well in a department store.

A great resource for closeout tall clothes. My 65" son is always willing to stop by and look for cheap closeout clothes bargains.
