Ive been doing a lot of my shopping for moving into my first apartment lately, so Ive been grabbing basic amenities and groceries here and there. I was given an e-gift card to Target for just this reason. However, I was initially unable to use it as the email I was sent did not have complete information. The staff were very helpful and friendly while assisting me with this problem, and eventually I was able to get a physical copy of the card. I was and am very thankful for their help, as I was able to get much of what I needed with the funds now available to me. The prices are decent, and if one shops smart with the non-name brands, the grocery bill is very tolerable. The store is clean, well organized, and very large. It is still possible to get a little lost looking for specific items, but again, staff are very willing to help and are quite polite in doing so.

Got harassed by this female hispanic staff member (not trashing her because of her race, only her actions) at the fitting rooms. I went in with 8 hangers accidentally left 2 in the room and came out with 6. I had all the clothing there and the security guard checked me and let me go. She kept saying "no I count 10 when you go in, and you come out with 8." She proceeded to follow me around the store after that, leaving her post allowing people go in with carts and bags and watched me put all my items back in anger and leaving the store empty handed without the items I NEEDED and said, "youre putting everything back. Youre stealing!" And called the security again. Never shopping here again. Id have better luck and better service at a Walmart. Im done with this center.

This Target location seems to be consistently understaffed and those who are working seem uninterested in their job. In addition, my wife ordered something online and had it delivered to this store, but when she went to pick it up the item had disappeared. The staff looked for 30 minutes for the item and finally concluded that it must have been put out on the shelves and resold. She never did get the item she requested and although she got a discount on another item she purchased, it was only after she demanded it. Besides these issues, the store is clean and offers a large selection of items. The location is a bit out of the way, however, for most people who live in Salt Lake City.

I dont shop often so I really dont know where everything is. That being said I pressed a help box in electronics since no one was in sight. Asked where wireless earbuds were and said I noticed Beats but didnt want those. The sales person just pointed to an aisle and I asked can you show me, his response well I assumed you knew where they were sunce you saw the Beats. To clarify, this store has Beats on a front endcap as well as down the aisle, so of course Im going to pass by the Beats. The actual wireless earbuds are a good 3/4 down the aisle. Would shop here again ONLY if I cant find what im looking for elsewhere. Shame on the poor customer service.

Aside from the friendly staff, this is probably the worst Target I have ever been to. The makeup and skin-care oils are always bear and whats left on the Shelf are open containers that people have used and put it back. As I was leaving I used the restroom... The bathrooms stink and I think the housekeepers quit days ago, there is toilet paper everywhere, a clogged toilet and the empty tp rolls on the floor. This target never has what Im looking for because they dont keep things in stock. The only good thing about this target is the friendly staff that is willing to help.

I bought a bunch of gifts for a baby shower here. The cashier asked us if these were gifts for a baby shower. We told her yes. Arrived home and realized we werent given gift receipts. Called down there, the operator doesnt understand English very well, spent 10 minutes trying to get her to direct me to customer service. Customer service wasnt able to email me gift receipts or anything. I asked for a gift card for the inconvenience when I go down and get the gift receipts. They said they only offer apology coupons. Terrible customer service and ditzy cashiers.

Extremely under staffed, I had to walk all the way to the other end of the store to the customer service department to get any help. She then told me all the employees were at the (3) registers open at that time. She attempted to help me with what I originally needed help with and sent me back all the way across the store, to still not be able to find what I was looking for in the first place. While then checking out, that employee showed zero interest in even attempting to care or help. I will never shop at this Target again.

Ive gone to this location many times and never had a negative thing to say. However, my last trip I went to an open lane to check out. The cashier made eye contact with me but then continued to speak to another cashier about something that wasnt even work related. I waited for near 2 minutes before another lane opened and I moved over to it instead. While this isnt a normal experience when I go there it was one that has stuck with me.

My experience at this target was unpleasant, they refused to take my coupons that were not expired. I give this place one star because the cashiers made up excuses not to take my coupons. I have been to this target several times and I have been able to make peaceful transactions while using my coupons. I do not reccomend going to this target considering how messy and out of stock it is as well.

Vision center cute glasses for our girls but the last that helped us kept going against my word and trying to tell out youngest it was okay to pick different glasses out. No she wore a helmet when she was smaller and her head is wider at the top by her eyes. Certain frames dont fit. The last was persistent and kept arguing. Loved the product but hated the customer service.

The last 3 or 4 times Ive been to this target they havent had simple items in stock that I needed. (Kids swim diapers and other swim stuff, pepsi, some of their plastic bins.) Ive also noticed some disorganization and restocking issues. Customer service was consistently helpful, though. I had to return online purchases and they knew what they were doing more than once.

I shop on targets site and pick up items at customer service so I will rate that aspect of the store. Lines are always short and they are on top of it when it comes to getting more employees to help out with the line. My products are always up front, ready to pick up. I am in and out in no time. Oh and dont forget to get popcorn and a diet coke, nothing better!

Got a conf email that my order was ready for pick up so I go in, but they couldnt fulfill it because they were oos. So basically wasted my time and gas. Karson the manager wasnt helpful he needs to find another job he sucks at customer service and so does Nate another manager hes racist...worst Target in UT do not shop there I would go to another location.
