Im a very reasonable person. I went into return some shoes that my wife wore from my parking space to her office and had on her feet for less than an hour. The shoes were horrible. They hurt her feet so bad that she never got up and left her seat until she went back to the car to get her boots. I waited in line for a short time and went up to the counter and let the lady know that I was making a return. She looked at the bottom of the shoes that had no damage on them but were dusty and the shoes still had all the stickers on them with no scuffs or damage even to the bottoms and turned the receipt around circled where it said unworn and unaltered then said, "you wore these shoes. You cant return them." I looked at her and very calmly said OK thank you. Then I walked out of the store. I want to once again thank her and I think her bosses should thank her as well for losing my business over $30 worth of shoes even though Ive spent probably hundreds or possibly even thousands of dollars at their store. Customer service isnt dead, its just not at this store. Employees represent the company. Some people forget. Between this experience and them trying to strong arm my wife into giving them her email address 4 times at one visit to the register I think they should seriously consider mystery shops here to see how people really get treated by some of their employees. Meantime, I understand this is a discount store but it doesnt mean were second class. We still work hard for our money and choose to give you the business. Without your "frugal" customers there would be no you.

Usually this store is great.Today I went to return a shirt that I bought 3 days ago.In trying to be green I ask that my store receipt be emailed.The lady at the cash register gave me a hard time about not having a receipt.I told her I bought it on Sunday (it is Wed) from this store.She really did not want to look it up.Then she announced that it was worn and would not accept it as a return.I purchased the items I came in for and left.I was not looking for a fight, I just wont shop there again

I somehow found myself in this store the other day looking for an outfit for a wedding but Im sorry, this store is way too pretentious, over-priced for poor quality, and just not my style in general. Staff is friendly and the store is nice but I just cant get over how poor most of the quality is for the price. I thought the point of buying higher priced clothing was to get good quality... Very disappointed in this store.

This is probably my least favorite location of all the Nordstrom Racks in the area. It is usually fairly messy and finding something cute there is a hit or miss. The north Scottsdale location has wayyyy better stuff and is always super clean! The only reason I go to the Chandler location is for convenience.

Worst Nordstorm Rack location. Smell really bad. Got an item to return and was hold for 35 minutes due the malfunction of their POS. You can check-out for purchase but you cant check-in to return. That just dont sound right. This place is like after war. Cloth on the floor and miss-placed price tag.

Im a recent Rack addict. The staff here is very nice, espacially considering how busy it can get. The store is very well put together also, compared to other locations. I dont know that its smaller, however it seems to lack a little bit of selection for sone reason. Still a good visit, though!

We had a $50 giftcard for it. Got a new pair of shoes for $40, so it was pretty reasonable. However, the store didnt have much of the stuff I liked, so I gave it a 4 star. Still good, though!

Great store. Very clean and friendly. Love how you can return anything if it doesnt work out. The zipper on my sons hoodie broke after a month and they gave me a refund no questions asked.

Great place to save money on dress clothes. Just be prepared for how busy its gonna be. Come late unless youre into the whole black Friday shopping atmosphere.

Not up to Nordstrom standards. Doesnt carry the brands needed. Mens shoe department doesnt even carry the Nordy staple of Ferragamo.
