This store is constantly out of items, today it was a laptop computer, wide noodles, jambalaya mix, popscicles, maple nut ice cream, chocolate licorice, guava juice, clams, the tomatos were all but rotton, the cucumbers are always soft and the overall quality of the produce department is very poor. The store is not kept clean, the parking lot is absolutely filthy and to boot, most of the employees are too busy talking with eachother to be of any assistance particularly in the electronics and produce departments. The pharmacy has made so many mistakes with my orders that I now buy all of my prescriptions through Canada online and get them at a third of the cost of Walmart. This store definitely needs better leadership because on a 1 to 10 scale, theyre a 2.!

Staffing is terrible. Good thing the check out employees dont work off commission or they would be forced to actually work and be speedy. Most of three Muslims, %90 of the employees, refuse to speak English and wont help. The afternoon/evening csms are absolutely rude!!! They refuse to do their job and stand around on their cell phones. 2 open registers to check out with 30+ lines!! Wont open up any other registered so it takes an hour to check out. Very rude register employees, and very slow. Very dirty place. Carts everywhere in lot, hard to park unless you park on the end. They refuse to open another register to check out when the place is packed, even though they have employees standing around doing nothing or on their phones... Again, very rude!!

IF YOURE DISABLED DONT SHOP HERE!!! I am a person with a disability which requires one of the two motorized carts they have. I understand that sometimes there isnt a cart and people that truly need them are using them, but there was a younger employee riding around on a cart and getting up and moving around without a problem, I asked her if I could use the cart only to be rudely told she was using it and to go look for another. The customer service is terrible and the people there are only there for the paycheck. Terrible experiences!

This place is horrible. I went in the other day just to buy a single spare tire. I didnt want it mounted/balanced, just wanted to walk out with it. Took over 45 minutes to do. They couldnt look up the tire in their system because they werent trained properly and then the guys in the shop wouldnt grab the tire off the rack until they were done taking their sweet time on a car. How hard is it to go grab a tire off a rack? Is it really required for a shop tech to do it? I know what tire I needed I could of went and grabbed it myself.

Lube department is incompetent. Technician couldnt find the oil filter so he came in and asked me if I knew where it was. I didnt know. He then asked if I could use my iPad to Google it, but I had no Internet access there. He told me that he would refill the oil (he had already drained it) and I would have to go to Les Schwab or somewhere else to get it changed. Tech finally found the filter after about an hour of looking. I sent a complaint to walmart, well see if they do anything about it.

Its better and cleaner than the others. Service is okay but if you can go without and do your own I would suggest that. The products are no better, but they take care of there product better than other stores. Lines get long fast but the self checkout moves swiftly, average 5min wait. This is a super center so they have what your looking for and pricing is not bad as well the products they offer a very competitive to other stores, they offer online shopping also

Not a single shopping cart when I walked in, had to go back outside into the parking lot to track down a cart. Went for a few camping items and of those ten or so items at least six products did not have prices. When it came time to check out my bill was over $100. It would have been nice to know how much stuff was on the shelf to save me from the grief I encountered at the cash register. I would not have gotten certain items had I known the price!

I stopped shopping here when Walmart changed their policy about ad matching certain items. So I stopped shopping here almost completely. But I had to go in there a couple of weeks ago after not going there in months and wow.... its worse than ever. The cashiers have NO personality and dont even greet you, its like they hate being there too! Any way it was really sad. Im a happier person for not going there for sure

Although I have a Walmart just 2 miles away from me, I drive out of my way to come to this one. Its never "that" busy and just seems nicer than the other one. I wish theyd open more check stands and their cashiers seemed in a hurry, but thats a compliant at any Walmart. Ill still go out of my way to ensure i can find parking and not be frustrated with so many people, like the other location.

This Walmart location does not support the U.S. military. As a combat veteran, I will no longer be shopping at this location. When attempting to work with this Walmart for a community charity to help the veteran population, they refused stating that they only help with things that are good for their community. I can not support a store whos management will not 100% support their troops.

A couple things to know. This Walmart has the food on the left and the other stuff on the right, which is a little different. This Walmart has a larger craft selection than most, so if that is something you enjoy this is the place. As a whole I struggle with the hectic nature of Walmart, hence the four starts, but this Walmart is not much worst or much better than most I have been to.

Some workers are great the managers the Spanish people are terrible they dont care about the workers dont give them required breaks makes them over work one says I do things the way I did in Mexico like seriously this is utah respect the employee. Managers, leads, and customer service needs to check their attitude and start grown up. The store well you can almost find everything

So I went to return an air mattress. The customer service rep and manager tried to tell me that I wasnt able to due to their policy. The manager let me read the policy, while he read along... Then he noticed that he was wrong. Walmart needs to hire people that actually know what theyre doing. That was such a huge waste of my time. Ill never go to this location again.

WalMart, come here and waddle around our aisle and get cheap products for cheap prices. Come experience the worst, most miserable and disenchanted employees in America. But...its WalMart, so if you need jumper cables, a pack of white t shirts, a five pound bag of baby carrots and to waste the last bit of patience you have, then this is the place to go I suppose.

I love Walmart. I go here sometimes but whenever I come here they satisfy my needs for things I want to buy. It could be 5 stars if the customer service at every Walmart was great, but its not. Thats why I always go to self checkout for a speedier transaction. Big selection, theres even a chik-fil-a right next door, and who doesnt like chik-fil-a right?
