They never have enough cash registers open at one time. There have been many times I came in to get something quick only to find that they have only 1of their 20 registers open and a long line of people waiting to be rung out. On top of that their cashiers are perhaps the slowest cashiers Ive ever seen taking their sweet time to ring someone out often striking up a conversation and slowing things further even when there is a long line. Its one thing to ask a customer about their day, its another to get into a conversation about each others life stories. Many times the cashiers dont know what they are doing either and constantly have to ask for help. This Target needs to fix things bad in short, open more cashier lines during the day regardless of time or install self checkouts, have cashiers keep conversations short, and train cashiers to be faster and knowledgeable of cash register operation.

I have always shopped this store because the people are nice and polite and relational.Its clean inside and the bathrooms are usually well kept and stocked with toilet paper.However,I will be shopping at another store because this location is being overrun with junior high students who have learned no manners and possess little to no self control over their mouths and body.They yell in the parking lots to one another,play with toys in the isles,run as if they were on a soccer field,make fun of customers going in and out of the store.This store has become a hang out for the students who attend the school directly across the street from this Target.Dont go there,especially around 2-4 p.m.Its a zoo!!!!

This has been my go to target since I was a teenager and have loved it but recently staff has been lacking in customer service. One cashier open long line they want you to use self check out which Im ok with but card reader doesnt want to read my chip and self check out when telling a employee there thats supposed to be supervising the self check out but instead is goofing off with other employees she was very rude talk to me like a child and said if you had this issue then you need to wait in the long line and not come to self check out looking at me like Im stupid and a kid ... Rather take the drive and just go to the Arrowhead Target......

I always enjoyed going to my local Target, with the exception of today. I always walking in and while looking at some of their low price stuff they have right at their entrance, I overheard a conversation between 2 employees not sure if they were talking about their peers or us customers. What I heard was that they didnt understand how some have their registers right in front of them and they still ask for help to find them. Again Im not sure if this was a complaint about their new peers or customers but either way, that was wrong. The store is always clean and organized, employees are always friendly not sure what happened today.

This is my second review Writing regarding workers of target store. Product is good but customer service is bad. I hate those who works as cashier infront of register. No respect to customer. Everytime I visit I meet bad lady infront. I planned to switch to other target store and searched around but its far from where I live. I want to tell store manager and supervisor please try to hire people who smiles, greet and treat customer in convinent way. Mostly I go at night shopping and only bad ladies deal with me with bad face. Hate to go there. I can give zero to all ladies infront for their remarks. Thanks

I called to see if a fairly obscure item (a small journal) that I had seen a few days ago was still there; most discount stores, ESPECIALLY at THIS time of year, the busiest, if they cant look it up on the computer (and for some reason, this isnt usually possible. .) Just blow you off. But THESE employees. ..took a full 16 minutes of their time and checked THREE different departments, talking to me on the phone all the while, and were genuinely unhappy when they couldnt find it! GREAT customer service!

I try to avoid this location if at all possible staff is extremely incompetent and rude shift managers or team leaders whatever they call themselves are not any better. Had a horrible customer service experience with Sylvia and it wasnt her poor attitude that bothered me as much as her unwillingness to help. Pure laziness. I wonder how people like that even make it through the hiring process. Arrowhead location is very helpful and cashiers are always friendly.

Ive been going to this Target since I was a young teen. That was back before the store was entirely rebuilt! I like the renovations they did, and I can always find something I need. This Target is as good as any other Target, overall. Looks decent, clean, workers are pretty good. If you need to make a Target trip and youre in the area, this is a good one. The plaza has been renovated a lot over the years, and its had some nice improvements.

I like Target better than Walmart but this location is the second smallest in the state (Target employee told me that.) This location is limited on stock a lot of the time so its a hit or miss if you find what you are looking for. Also knowing that it is the second to smallest Target, it is one of the last stores to get new things (technology, carts, self-checkout.) However, store is clean and employees are friendly so I will give it that.

The shopping experience was alright. Got what I needed at a sale price. It was very clean and the shelves were well stocked. The only bad part about it was the staff was a bit unfriendly. I must of passed 5 employees and not one greeted me or asked me if they could help me find anything. I didnt even get a smile. Not even from the cashier who quite frankly looked like she hated her job or something. Other than that it was good.

Went here to create a baby registry, and the customer service ladies didnt help me at all. They just pointed to the iPads and said to do it over there. There was a pretty small selection of baby items at this location. Lastly when I was finished and brought the scanner back, they said I would have to come back another time to get some sort of goofy bag that they normally give out, but had run out of.

Huge Target! I just love looking at the goods Target brings in, plus it is almost a one-stop shop. Many at a range of prices. If I need hardware, they usually have what I need! Light bulbs? Here! (just wish they would all carry 15 watts for my salt lamps) Clothes, craft items, books, games, electronics, and yes, some food! If you havent checked out Target lately, take a look!

Nice personnel & customers in my experiences there. None of the "high security" feel that some other large, national retailers use in the area. Usually can find what Im there to buy (not out of stock). The Target app is useful by showing exact location in store of any item searched, and using the Cartwheel app to scan your items for possible savings are helpful as well.
