NOT RECOMMENDED- Flowers are of poor quality and the delivery showed up after 8:30 at night. Ive never had flowers delivered that late. It most certainly defeats the point of enjoying them on your birthday when the day is over. Find it humorous that some of the reviews are from people who actually work at the location. Veronica and Alyssa both work the front desk. This says a lot if you need to write fake reviews for your own company. I also found it very unprofessional that their kids are working with them and running around the place. Will never order from them again.

Ordered a funeral basket directly from this florist for about half of the price of what my sister paid on an online florist. I got a big beautiful piece, the same size as hers actually for half the cost and better quality. Granted my sisters flowers were delivered by a different florist, so it may have been the fault of the other florist or just the online florist gatherers at FTD. Anyway, I highly recommend this flower shop as this is the second time I have used them for funeral pieces and have been very satisfied

I received my flowers a week after they were delivery, all wilted and frozen. They were probably dropped off at a neighbors house who were away and just getting them now. They were supposed to be a surprise to something else that was following...that surprise was all messed up. I have had problems in the past with them dropping flowers off with no one home, one time they actually opened my front door and slipped them inside with no one being home. Obviously, I didnt realize I had left the door unlocked.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I placed an order at 11am. Around 1 I called to see if they were being delivered soon and told they were. However at 230 they still had not arrived. Finally at 245 they did but not the flower arrangement I had selected or paid for. The girl on the phone told me they had to make a few substitutions yet they never called me to approve this. It was completely substituted and half of the flowers were wilted. Terrible service, terrible flower display. Never again

Extremely disappointing experience. Ordered flowers for my Sister’s birthday called to confirm they would be delivered on her birthday was told yes yet no flowers were ever delivered. Left a vmail at the business no one called me back. Called again to ask what happened and no one seemed to care. Manager did call me back with excuses, did apologize and offered to deliver the arrangement a day late of her birthday but I declined. Disorganized business with poor customer service. 

Very pleased with their customer service and prompt service. I placed an order at 1:15 PM on Valentines Day to be delivered locally, they were very busy when I walked in but promised to get it out there that same day while another local area flower shop was not willing to accommodate the delivery earlier that day. Flowers were are way better price than the first shop I visited, are looking great and most importantly the wife loved them!

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Pre-paid for flowers for my sons semi-formal. Asked for a 9 am pick up time - which was not problem at the time. Arrived at 9:15 store closed. Subsequent calls (no voicemail to leave message) and another stop by at 11 - still closed. Had to scramble to come up for flowers. Perhaps for the Teleflora order they are ok, but not if you need flowers at a specific date and time.

Bought Mothers Day flowers for my mother from Limerick Florist to be sent to Frederick Living, and not only were they the only ones who would deliver when I called on Saturday before Mothers Day, but I just saw them this Sunday when we visited my mom and over a week later the flowers still look great and are in full bloom! Highly recommend

GREAT GREAT service! Best part is coupon code- autumnfalls2010 saved me 15% off the total order! Awesome! I would def use them again as their flowers have been sitting in my grandfathers house for over a week now and are still looking pretty great.

This place is awful. The workers are rude, especially Danielle. She refuses to give any information and had a bad attitude. The arrangement I received from them was half dead. They used more filler than necessary, and dont care about their work.

While the flowers were lovely, the mylar balloon I ordered with the arrangement, wasnt delivered and after 3 calls to the florist to get my money back for the balloon, I gave up. Needless to say, I wont be ordering from them again.

Personally, I love this flower shop. Great people, Great flower, Great designer. I highly suggest this flower shop. Its perfect. Theres NOTHING better than the Limerick Florist, and not to mention they have THE BEST prices.
