Horrible flower arrangements and customer service. This is the second time this happened w this florist. I ordered a "deluxe" birthday arrangement from their website...not teleflorist or 1-800-flowers. An 80$ arrangement, when my sister got it..it was more like a 20$ Giant store bought arrangement thrown in a vase. When I called to ask why it was so small, not only was the lady rude, but she told me to call teleflorist if I didnt like it, because they push all the flowers to the front of the vase for the display pictures. I told her I didnt order from them, I ordered directly from your website, YOUR pictures do not accurately depict what I ordered compared to what you delivered. She had a horrible attitude and made an excuse about a recipe of how many flowers per specific display and that is what they did so call and complain to teleflorist, clearly deflecting accountability for a cheap and shoddy product. This is 2x with this florist, and the last time. I wish I could post a pic of what I ordered and what was delivered so everyone knows to beware ordering from them for delivery. You suck Three Peas.

We highly recommend Heidi from Three Peas in a Pod. We can honestly say having her do our flower arrangements was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Heidi was wonderful to work for with for our wedding. She listened to what we wanted and was willing to adapt to our many requests. She was very professional and laid out everything for us and provided the perfect balance of offering suggestions to us, but also wanting to make sure that we were having a say in how our centerpieces looked. She made sure that everything went smoothly for our special day. Our wedding was before Christmas and our guests are still commenting on how gorgeous our centerpieces were. We went with 3 different centerpieces, and we absolutely loved every one of them. Stunningly gorgeous.

I recent moved out of state but lived in the area for most of my life and used this florist before but things have gone way down hill! I ordered a simple arrangement for my mother on-line called "Hugs and Kisses Bouquet with Red Roses" which was $34.95, then after the total was calculated it was $49.23. That included a $7.99 Delivery cost and $3.50 Convenience Fee plus tax. Ok I can deal with that, but when it arrived it had 1 rose and the rest was filled with generic flowers and fillers... Are you kidding me? Nothing like the picture on-line or even the description where is says "Red Roses" (Note the "s" in Roses!) I would recommend to co elsewhere or order from a reliable on-line store, not here...

What a rip off, just recently tried to send flowers for Valentines Day and was shopping around and had to write about my experience! I needed a dozen roses sent to Phoenixville and was charged $95 PLUS a delivery fee for a DOZEN ROSES which were average at best last time I drove by this florist and picked up a wrapped dozen a couple of months ago for our anniversary. Hung up and decided to get some Costco Roses and head over to Sweet Ashleys for some of their amazing chocolates!

Heidi prepared the most beautiful flowers for my wedding day. My centerpieces were absolutely incredible and I received numerous compliments throughout the night asking where we had them done. As a bride, I didnt really have a floral style in mind, and they turned out better than I could have imagined, especially at a reasonable price!! Thanks Heidi and three peas in a pod!!! -An extremely happy bride!

Working for a church, I see a lot of flowers. When I see Three Peas In A Pod, I know someone chose the best. Their arrangements are extremely fresh, last a long time, and they are outstanding in color, balance and choice of flowers. I have never been disappointed in one of their arrangements.
