Im doing this review on behalf of my main man. He states: "I definitely should have read the reviews before ordering from PF. I chose them because my girlfriend works within a mile of the shop, but I guess that mile was a huge inconvenience for them to deliver to as I received a response of "I guess we can deliver tomorrow." When asked what I wanted, I stated "a bouquet of different flowers and some roses." When my girlfriend came home with the flowers, I noticed 3 roses and a ton of other filler flowers in a small vase. When asked how much I wanted to spend I asked not to exceed $70. This a.m. I noticed the credit card charge of close to $80 for 3 roses and some flowers that are dead 3 days later. Lastly, I asked for a simple note stating "Love Albert and James" (my dog), but I guess my dog was not important as the card simply stated "Love Albert." Very poor experience with them and would definitely deter anybody from giving them business. 1-800-Flowers is expensive, but $70 will definitely get you more than 3 roses that will last longer than 3 days"

I am truly disappointed and I should have gone with the reviews. I guess you learn from experience. My family ordered a funeral piece recently for the Schumacher & Benner Funeral home as I guess they are in cahoots with each other, they gave us the reference, and what a SHAME! Our piece was supposed to have roses and mums among other flowers, LETS just say that compared to another friends piece who was there, and they paid less IN FLOWERS by THE BUNCH who are now called something else (DO NOT BELIEVE THE PERSON REPLYING TO THIS that they are close as they are not!) they got such a nicer piece. Also on a side not as well, PETAL PUSHERS is also opened, (AGAIN do not believe this person) I just stopped by for a dozen red roses for the cemetery yesterday morning as they were running a special on roses much like north end florist does too. Id say go to Petal Pushers or North End. They both have good deals on a regular basis

I was the maid of honor at my bestfriends wedding last year. It was a small affair and all she needed was 5 bouquets and 5 boutonnieres (sp?) she went to 3 different florists and they all quoted her an outrageous price. I had just moved to Pottstown a few months prior and on a whim we went in for a quote. They were AMAZING. They gave us a quote that was at least half as much as the others AND they found the flowers that the bride wanted. Im getting married in 3 weeks and the first thing that I did was go back to this florist. They not only are staying well within my budget but when I was worried the type of flower I had my heart set on may not be in season she immediately called up her wholesaler to check. Shame on the person for the review below mine. Im sure that if they had sat down with the ladies and explained what they wanted then it would have been beautiful.

I spoke with the florist on the phone as I wanted the corsage on the left with white roses and robins egg or light blue ribbon, and you couldnt change the "colors" on line. The florist told me they would substitute tea roses due to the weight. As you can see, they look nothing alike. The florist had the corsage out for a bit as when it got picked up the box was covered in condensation. The florist did not open the box and show it me since it was a few minutes to close. Plastic blue flowers and ferns is what I got. And only 2 of the tea roses were open and they are brown on the edges. They were not open the next day and I had to get my daughter a corsage from another florist for the prom that night.

I should have known better than to trust this shop. They have already messed up an order in the past and they went ahead and did it again. I am truly disappointed and will be taking my business over to Petal Pushers again or maybe Flower by the bunch which is not too far either. I left them and brought my business to them because I did think some of the prices over at Petal where a little higher than this florist. But I guess you get what you paid for. HORRIBLE service too, these people just seem plain old depressed and need to lighten up! Needless to say my issue was never resolved!!

I ordered flowers over the online service from "Pottstown Florest" for a Funeral and they were Absolutely Beautiful. Her name was Rose so ordered the "Rose Garden Heart" and the "Basket of Light" for 12/12/2014, she had passed on the 6th. I also noticed that some of the other online sites were limited and didnt offer a Heart or Cross, and that is what I was looking for. I was very pleased and grateful, Thank You!!! From NJ.

Booked a wedding consultation with them and got very over priced flower pricing compared to the bigger shops in Mont County in 08. Also we received an arrangement from a friend sent from FTD in December 09, it was awful, the flowers died so quickly. Management wont do a thing to fix your issues either. Dont walk away from this shop... RUN!!!

I buy flowers all year round for family ... When I buy in Pottstown it is BY FAR!!!! THE BEST experience !!!! THE BEST floral design !!!! The most courteous help and delivery any where I have done business with!!! So you can imagine I HIGHLY RECOMMEND POTTSTOWN FLORIST!!!! My grade is A+
