I didnt even get to finalize my order with this boutique. So many things went wrong before I could. The woman I was ordering from was hard to understand but eventually made herself clear enough. When I asked about the $10.00 add on for candy she told me they usually do a box of chocolates (I questioned this because there is a "chocolates" button for $15.00, but she assured me it would be 10). At the END of the conversation she says to me, if all of this is in stock we should be fine, if not, we will make substitutions for you. Hold on, what? Youre just going to send whatever you want if what I want isnt there? Yes..... No mam I do not want any substitutions. None. She said ok and said if anything was wrong the designer would call me. The designer later calls me to tell me that they do not have the vase I want and after a back and forth of "which do you have" and "oh i dont like that" she told me I was out of options because she doesnt carry any more purple vases. OK. Laughing at me the entire time she then asks me about the candy option and says, "so you do not want chocolates right?" What? I want whatever comes with the candy option whether that be candy or chocolates. Finally it ended with her saying do you want me to just disregard your order? I said you know what, yes, because as we speak I am online looking for another boutique. This does sadden me because it does look like they have some beautiful arrangements but is it worth it? I live in Florida and just wanted to send my sister some congratulatory flowers, shouldnt they have in stock what they advertise online!? :(

I ordered flowers from this establishment, a LARGE thank you arrangement.....they delivered a SMALL arrangement of 5 ROSES and 3 LILIES and some other random filler-flowers, needless to say not what I had ordered or LARGE by any means. They did say that they made a "mistake" and sent out the wrong size and that a new one would be delivered the next day. However, they wanted to pickup the OLD arrangement before they would drop the new ones off. I asked if they would be resold twice and was told that they "probably were" if they werent too old. So if youre planning on buying flowers, know that if youre sending flowers to someone else they most likely will short-change you and send less than what was paid for, and in addition you may receive "used" flowers.

I ordered an arrangement from Teleflora, which contracts with this florist. Their version of a "deluxe" arrangement was extremely disappointing- very few stems,which look sparse in the large vase and no variety of colors or flowers as was pictured online. In order to receive a new, better arrangement they pick up the arrangement so now I am left with no flowers instead of bad flowers. I am afraid of what I am going to receive in exchange. I was trying to do something nice for a colleague at work and Blossom Boutique has made that difficult. I will not be ordering from Teleflora or Blossom Boutique in the future.

I have used Blossom Boutique as my florist for the last 14 years. They have always created great arrangements for the occasions for each of the women in my life. But in the last week, they really hit it out of the park with a special request. I needed a very unique arrangement with a coastal theme and a big and bold look. Something that would make a statement and remain in someonee mind forever. Trusting them, they came through with the most impressive, unique, big and bold coastal themed arrangement. In short, the arrangement was absolutely perfect!

I have been coming here for a little over two years now. When i first walked in I was skeptical, it is a smaller owned "mom and pop" and I was use to bigger corporate flower shops and grocery stores. Right away one of the women welcomed me and started helping me with my decision. Besides the roses that lasted about a week everything else lasted a few weeks after that. Two years later, Shannon and the other girls know me by name and I would go nowhere different for my wifes flowers.

I used the Teleflora website for two different arrangements, dated March 9th and March 16th, both of which came from Blossom Boutique. The one dated 3/9/16 was supposed to be a carnation and babys breath arrangement but it only had 4 carnations and a bunch of green fillers. It was absolutely horrible. The one that went out today was a lily and white rose arrangement; it was very pretty. Also, the delivery person called me to let me know that it was delivered which was nice.

I cannot emphasize enough how happy I was with my experience with Blossom Boutique. I went in with fairly short notice and I gave them a general idea of what flowers I wanted for my wedding and a very small budget. The owner worked with me and was able to provide me with a quote that other florists in the area said they would not be able to match. My flowers turned out gorgeous and I received so many compliments on them. I cannot recommend this florist enough.

I ordered flowers through 1800flowers, and Blossom Boutique was the local florist arranged for my order... Im satisified. The flower arrangement was less spectacular than the online stock photograph, but they did the job just fine and look great anyway. My qualm, besides the difference in expected appearance, was that a second delivery person brought the plush toy and chocolates later in the day, which were supposed to arrive with it at the same time.

Best Florist in the area. I just started using them as my local recently closed. i used them to deliver flowers to my sons girlfriend for her birthday and then flowers to my wife on our anniversary (I was out of town). in both instances the flowers were gorgeous and reasonably priced. Shannon took great care to speak with me both times and ask the right questions to really determine what i was looking for. i couldnt be happier with the results!

My family and I have been going here for years...The prices are good and the flowers last longer than usual. Im always really happy with the service and I know when I get the flowers home to my wife she is always ecstatic with the look. Having two daughters in highschool they are always willing to whip up dance flowers for the girls last minute.

Awesome customer support. Have ordered 5 times in last year and every order has been spectacular. My latest order was Designer Choice - Deluxe and Shannon did an excellent job. I highly recommend this florist. 100 x better than 800.Flowers who ships my expensive purchase in a box via truck. Great Job girls, as always, Thanks.

Shannon and her staff are wonderful. We have used them for all of my sons high school dances and are never disappointed. When I tell them the color of her dress or his tie, they match perfectly. The girls mom compliments them every time and lets me know that they last a long time once they put them in a vase after the dance.

I have been using Blossom for the past few years for Christmas centerpieces, birthday bouquets, and the other occasional "I love you/screwed up/miss you/am sorry to hear of your loss" needs. The service is always friendly, the flowers are fresh and last as long or longer than I would expect, and the prices are reasonable.
