Saw a post on indeed about them looking for help for 3 days so of course i went in . She told me to be there sunday 2-7 , of course i came in on the scheduled time i was actually 15 mins early . I loved it i had so much fun rapping and boxing . i asked Tenesha (I guess shes the manager )if i could really have a job there instead of temporary. She said she would see how i did tomorrow which was monday . So of course i came in monday it was hectic. But i got the job done . I went in tuesday walked in the back said hello to tenesha and she said nothing back didnt even look my way i ignored it took my jacket off and came back to her and i told her " i need something to do when you get a chance " her response was " go rap " i didnt know what to rap or anything i was just told go rap . So that i did went over and figured put what should be rapped rembering yesterdays Flow of things so i started rapping . She moved me from that after i rapped about 50 arrangements. She moved me to boxes where i had to fill the boxes with the right things rap them and apply the correct paper work to the boxes wasnt hard at all so i got that done . I got down to two more boxes and what i need to put in the box was still cooling in the cooler so i had to wait . So i went over and started helping with grapes . Finishes all the grapes and took off my gloves . Tensha came to me and said " if your going to stand around go home " mind you i JUST took off my gloves . I left it alone because i figured because it was busy she had a little attitude. So i left it go . I went back to the boxes and got them all done . Next thing you know there are no more boxes in the whole store . So i had to substitute with smaller boxes which was fine . Then again i ran into the same problem . What i needed was in the cooler . And when i tried to tell tenesha there was no more she slammed cups infront of me and yelled " go find some " after i already told her there was nothing to find . Her coworker told her the same thing . So then i started hearing her conversations with her co worker ashley . She was so rude talking about the veterans that came in to help like i did . She was saying " oh hes on my f***** nerve " . Because he told her we dont know what to do if you dont tell us . Over all my experience was fun and i would have loved to come back for a real job . Until i saw how unorganized the place was . The manger was rude to mainly all the people and its like she expected us to know what to do already when we got there . She didnt explain to anyone what to do but had a attitide with us if we stood there waiting . So many people were sitting down outside not working and she threatened not to pay me for standing there waiting for her to give me another task . I been told her i was done . I never would go there to buy or to work she has horrible managing skills . Plenty of people that volunteered like me agrees . I was told i would be paid friday for my 15 hours completed and i would be paid 8.50 first i was told cash in my hand when im done then i was told friday i would be paid . So i called friday which is today . And i asked when will the checks be in for the people that worked for three days . She told me " now its Wednesday because it was a delay " so i kindly told her tenesha told me friday and she hung up on me . They have my phone number n never called to say the date had been changed or anything . They are so unorganized, unprofessional, and so disrespectful its not funny . I wouldnt recommend anyone to work here and be treated like i was treated tuesday the last day i worked . Maybe their customers service is good but the way they manage and treat there people is horrible. Never again .

What can I say...I love getting chocolate dipped fruit from my significant other...but sometimes I just want to treat myself. I had ordered 6 Chocolate covered pineapples so I could take to work. the manager Chris thought it was really great that I do that for myself! He was so nice and professional he took care of me and even offered me a free little sample of a chocolate covered strawberries!!! I love this place and I will be treating myself more often. Ladies dont wait around for chocolate to be delivered to you!!!! Treat yourself!!! The fruit was fresh and tasted amazing. I highly recommend edible arrangements in Exton ! Thank you so much! Chocolate covered pineapple makes for a great day at work :) Liz

Ridiculous. Tried putting an online order in and it cleared my cart out, then the product wasnt available. Called the store and someone put me on hold without saying anything, as I was explaining what had happened. Then I get someone on the phone again and as Im explaining the issue they arent paying any attention. I asked hello as I got no reply. Then the employee proceeds to ask if I wanted to make an order. So I just asked for the product I wanted and they say hold on, let me check the product. Puts me on hold and then disconnects the call after waiting for a couple of minutes. I try to call back and the line is busy. Horrible customer service here.

This place is terrible. Ordered something for my gf to her job and it never came. Called 4 hours later and they didnt even Have the order made up yet. I would not recommend them to anyone

I received a fruit basket from Edible Arrangements and the quality of the fruit was not first-class, and certainly did not justify the price. I wont be ordering from this location.
