Time to share my experience. The staff were all friendly enough, everybody did their job. HOWEVER, I cannot express enough the amount of distrust and anger I am feeling for the fact that the vehicle I purchased has a long list of problems. I understand there is risk in buying a used car but unfortunately I had no choice. The vehicle actually had 20,000 more miles on it than first indicated. That put it just over the manufacturers warranty. I purchased/financed an extra some $1,580 for their Extended Warranty and tried to obtain their inspection report (not received). Low mileage, vehicle inspection and the Misunderstanding that this vehicle had been maintained by Enterprise, is what sold me. But buyer beware, I found out that not all vehicles were their actual rentals; they also buy other cars. Day 60 of ownership and mechanic reveals multiple issues. All of the issues are listed on the Enterprise 109 Point vehicle Inspection that the car supposedly passed. Their list states "any item that did not pass the 109 point certification has been replaced or repaired." Three of the major problems are possibly covered by the extended warranty, 6 are not! None are covered by the 12 month Enterprise Warranty . So, since the suggested repairs are costly, the warranty company has to send their own person out for a 2nd opinion to see if they are covered or not. Takes 24 to 48 hours to have adjuster come out. Then report, then claim review, parts to be ordered (if covered. I cannot afford to pay this repair bill. I just bought the car with several thousand dollars down payment!) All of this surrounding Thanksgiving holiday, which takes Thursday and Friday out of the equation. I now have a rental car. $123 just to diagnosis car. I dont know if the more needed repairs will be covered or not, and have deductible for that. My Mom lives 12 hours away. Her cancer has returned and this will be her last Thanksgiving to enjoy. Am I supposed to wait around while she spends it alone? This is why I expected to get more from Enterprise than what Ive gotten. The need and expectancy for a dependable vehicle not rattled with problems! I am so disappointed. Tis the season for car shopping, and I know 3 people in the market for a vehicle. I will be sharing my Enterprise bought car story with them!

I recommend Enterprise Car Sales to anyone looking to buy a car in the Orlando area. They have knowledgeable and friendly staff who are a pleasure to work with. This is the last place I went on a long day of perusing car dealers. I was weary of looking at cars and tired of driving around. The staff greeted me eagerly and energetically with genuine smiles which was nice to see. I told the first sales person that I had a set down payment and a specific amount that I could afford for monthly payments. He had to step out and then assigned to Diana because the gentleman was the only Spanish speaking salesperson there. She found me a Ford Fiesta with low miles which was right in my price range. On the test drive the car was fun to drive and was in perfect driving order. She had my love for the car pegged even though I didnt want to like it as much as I was. Even though she knew I wanted it she didnt push too hard for the sale. The finance manager "Hawk" took down some info and went away to run the numbers. Diana engaged me in conversation to help the time pass and was completely transparent about what they do there and what they offer. She even offered to show me a copy of the extended warranty they offer. Hawk came back with a payment just over the budget that I told them I had. When I wavered, neither he nor Diana were pushy nor did they use any high pressure tactics which I really enjoyed. I didnt buy a car from them but the only reason is because I wanted to purchase a vehicle closer to my home an hour and a half away from Orlando.

I was in the market to purchase a vehicle so first thing on my mind is I DO NOT WANT THE DEALER EXPERIENCE.. What I mean by that is a salesman going back and forth to the manager trying to sell me a car. So I went to Enterprise online and saw some of the vehicles they had. I decided to fill in the info that evening and the next day Nicole Krause gave me a call. I explained how my credit was not that great and she understood and asked me to pass by and she would see what she can do.... Honestly I did not think i was going to drive out with a vehicle but I did. She was sooo proffesional, courteous and very knoledgable. But that is still not the best part. I purchased a used car and after driving it I saw some minor flaws in the vehicle that are not major but enough to bug me.. Example, the usb charger was not working in the back seat. So the moment of truth is. Would they take care of you after you purchased the vehicle or would they give you the runaround?? The answer to that is they will absoulutly take care of you 110%%. Nichole has taken care of every little thing i have asked her. The service level in this place is bar none the best car buying experience i have ever had. I would recommened it anyone. This is the best way to purchase a vehicle. Thank you Nichole Great Job!!!!!

Weve bought 3 vehicles the past 9 years from enterprise. So far weve had great experience with two vehicles we purchased. We always liked their 7 day return or exchange policy. We have always recommended enterprise to anyone asking where they should go but with our most recent purchase our opinion have changed. We purchased our vehicle about 14 months ago but when we first received our vehicle we were promised they will give us a carpet for the van since it didnt had one...well its been over a year and nothing. After having the vehicle for only 13 months the transmission gave out. Not their fault but just never would expect transmission failing since its not even that old. I suggest when purchasing your vehicle is dont buy all the extra stuff they try to sell you! Lesson learned. Service after you purchase isnt the best.

First time there i went to get some information on the financing. They were using some high pressure sales techniques on me. Did not enjoy it. I looked past that and went in a 2nd time since i had bought my car there prior and was a decent experience. They try and up-sell you at every corner on extra insurance and warranty and try to pressure you into buying. This process took 4+ hours. Lastly, which put me over the edge, they said they would replace the center console that was scratched and said they would get back to me to replace it. They did not get the part nor did they follow up with me. I will not return here again and would rather pay extra at another place to avoid the stress. EDIT: updating to 3 star as Lisa, who sold me my car has been following up with me on the part.
