Certainly the best experience Ive ever had with any dealership. I first discovered Michaels Auto through CarGurus when I came across an unbelievable price for a 2015 BMW 640i M Sport with only 12k miles and a pristine CarFax. Honestly, there was a growing sense of skepticism when I realized it was a private BMW dealer and not a commercial BMW dealership chain like I was used to seeing. But the excellent reviews put me at ease. Once I contacted Michaels Auto, I received a call and an email from Ahmad. He was extremely personable and helpful from the very beginning and his demeanor was consistent throughout the entire process. He answered all of my complex and cumbersome questions regarding the trade-in of my 435i and how that would apply toward the 640i. I had A LOT of questions. And rightfully so because this was a big purchase. He answered them all cheerfully. I cannot stress to you enough how much patience he had. He put absolutely no pressure on me to buy. (Possibly because their deals are so good that their cars will sell fast anyway lol). Most of our communication was via email because I would be at work and unable to use my phone. That was no issue for him. When I told him I wanted to go forward with the purchase and that I was on my way to the dealership two days later, he handled all the preliminary paperwork so that the process would be much smoother and quicker. Once I arrived at the dealership, my wife and I were greeted by a very chipper Ahmad who was eager to help get the deal done. (Ahmad is one-speed all the time. If you go with Michaels Auto you will understand just how genuine, helpful, and kind he is). The 640i was immaculate and in amazing condition. I was completely blown away by it. I couldn’t believe the car was 10k under the MSRP. I could easily write another paragraph or two talking about the car, but this is about how superb the associates were. Back to the financial aspect: there was more to be done before we would seal the deal on the 435i trade-in and financing of the 640i. My 435i trade-in was a rather painless process. However, I was consolidating my loan from the 435i into the 640i with hopes of as little negative equity as possible. It took the Sales Management team with Keenan and Frank negotiating with several credit unions over several hours. Just when things looked dire and I wouldn’t be able to get a lender, they were able to come through with a great interest rate and I was able to sign and drive away that day. The Sales Team put their all into getting the vehicle financed for me and I owe them a special thanks. Everyone at the dealership was very personable and helpful and I definitely recommend Michaels Auto to anyone interested in a trusted and reliable vehicle purchase. A+ 5/5 stars.

We had been looking online for a mid-2000s Mercedes SL55 AMG in a specific, hard to find color combination that was also in good shape with relatively low mileage and we found a 2006 that we were looking for at Michaels Autos. I read their reviews online and the vast majority were positive. Had they been bad, I wouldnt have bothered but I took the chance. I called them up and spoke with Dennis and Im glad I did. Since they were 600 miles from our home, I worked with him over the phone to work out a deal and placed a deposit on the car. He was patient, answered all of my questions and responded to all of my communication in a timely manner. We flew to Orlando from North Carolina to inspect the car and ended up purchasing it. Dennis had truthfully represented the car and it was exactly has he had described. It was beautiful, well maintained and in excellent shape. They had fixed a few minor things on the car (trunk release mechanism, oil change, detailed engine, inside and outside) before purchase to make sure it was all in working order. He and the Michaels Auto team had the car ready for us and made the deal and paperwork go quickly and smoothly. They even kept it garaged for a couple of weeks until we could come pick it up. I feel like he went the extra mile to make this deal happen and treated us very nicely (even picked us up at the airport and bought us take out while we were doing the paperwork). We drove the car for a few days around Orlando and then back to NC without any issues. Used car dealerships get a bad rap and many for a good reason, but in my experience, Dennis and Michaels Autos are much better than the stereotypical used card dealer. I would not hesitate to purchase another car from Dennis or Michaels Auto.

No floor matts, check engine light, hung up on, unprofessional! Was promised floor mats for my Mercedes Benz C250 Coupe and never got them. 3 weeks later and still getting the run-around from the sales guys after several phone calls and several times being hung up on by unprofessional manager Frank. Dont believe anything the sales guys say here. Several of the cars dont come with floor matts for some reason and they wouldnt just give me floor matts from an identical mercedes c250 or c250 sedan that was in the lot. Other dealerships offer the 3day period to change your mind if you dont like the car. My Mercedes immediately got the check engine light after leaving the dealership and has been in and out of the shop non-stop. I didnt like the car and they wouldnt let me switch it out. H Gregg auto has better deals and better service! In negotiations, Sales manager Frank would not budge on price and finally only promised to give me 100 off and a full tank of gas after I left the dealership but then charged me 100 for some bs administrative fee of taking my cash down payment and after doing all the paperwork and getting in the car, the gas tank was still only 1/4 filled so all the sales lies were really empty promises and I got nothing off on this car. The sales negotiation process here is a joke and dont expect the sales guys to even talk to you without hanging up post sale after they got your money. I guess they dont want repeat customers... I will update my review when my promised floor mats!!!! Update: got floor mats 40 days later. thanks!

I was in the market for a used BMW 3-series and visited several dealerships across Orlando. In my experience, you tend to find one of two things: either cheap prices on beat up, previously-wrecked cars, or high prices on clean low mileage cars. Michaels Autos was the only place I found a really nice collection of clean carfax, well-maintained, and well cared for vehicles at or below market prices. Im very particular when it comes to vehicles... almost obsessively so. I couldnt believe how many near-perfect used luxury cars they had on the lot. And better yet... all at competitive prices. I worked with Ahmad Karain. I cant speak for the other salesmen, but Ahmad knows his cars. His personal cars were all BMWs and Mercedes and Audis like what he sells. In other words, he eats his own cooking. So hes very knowledgeable about the pros and cons of each make and what you should look for in each. I wasnt planning on buying the day I visited, but they made me a deal too good to pass up and were able to line up financing in less than an hour so I moved on it. Im really happy with my BMW and would recommend Michaels Autos to any fellowd cons of each model and what to look for in each. I want planning on bucar enthusiast looking for a super clean used vehicle at a good price.
