This is not a reliable company to purchase used cars from. Mike and all of his associates are crooks. They will make a deal with you in order for you to buy a vehicle from them but will tell you that the deal they are making with you is putting them in a bad position because the vehicle is so good. After driving it a while you think you got a good deal. Then the lights come on. Not only did mike lie to you but he will tell you that you owe him more money when you bring it up. He tried to keep the new tags from me and told me I had to pay more. When I asked him to fix the problems that the codes show have been a constantly a reoccurring problem that has never been fixed. He told me that I would have to pay for it myself.when the bank got involved he finally allowed me to come have him look at the car. AND THAT IS ALL HE HAD HIS MECHANIC DO. Then he left and told his workers that I had to pay for it and that he wouldnt be back for another 3 hrs and no one was to give me any information or a print out of the diagnostic he supposedly printed out. This man buys cars from people and the cars have transmission problem door lock problems engine problems etc. but Mike has a skilled mechanic and the tools needed to remove the codes and trick the computer in the car to think the problem (codes) has been fixed and as long as the car sits not on this seems true the time it takes a car to realize its broken again after that depends on the car and how long you have to drive it for the truth to show in the car. It took mine a week. its not month two Mike from VIP BSed me long enough to prevent me from having the issues fixed within the 30 day warranty. I drove 45 minutes from my home just to get cheated by this company for the third time. Anyone knows what steps I should take please let me know. VIP AUTO ON SEMERON BLVD IN ORLANDO FLORIDA IS A RIP OFF! Know what you are getting into and make him put everything in writing.

Weve all heard, or been a part of, the horror stories with the "little guy" dealers. The warnings "dont go there you will get ripped off" or the best, "I told you so" when you get swindled. This is not one of those tales. I started my journey at 9:45 in the morning on April Fools Day. I was trying to find a specific car to replace my reliable but getting old 2004. Having gone to 2 other places more reputable, I began my discouraged journey home. As I rounded my turn on to State Road 436 a Kia Soul, which was my goal, caught my eye. It is a small local dealer and I walked through the door of VIP auto with defenses and sensors up. Mike and staff greeted me courteously and I didnt feel like a bass in a shark tank. I expressed my interest in the Soul and we ran the numbers. It was disappointing at first, I left and went back and forth about it, but Mike could tell how much I wanted this car. He never once made me feel pressured nor did he pull the "at this price Ill be making no commission" that was once told to me at a major dealership. He helped me find the best route to not only have the car I wanted but at the best manageable financial situation. By the end of the day I had my Soul. I have had it for over a week now and loving every minute. We will see in the 30 days if I have issues he said to bring it and he would help. Now we could chalk this up as just because Kia makes durable cars and it is still under warranty, but that doesnt negate the fact that this "little guy" dealer gave me THE best car buying experience I have ever had. This local business gets my vote to give them a chance. Thank you Mike and staff at VIP Auto Enterprise Inc.

The worst experience I have EVER been a part of. They sell LEMONS. I bought an Infiniti M45 from them & during my 2nd month of ownership (actually the 6th week) my power steering hose gets ruined, a problem that a mechanic told me shouldnt occur on a car that has been serviced for sale. When I called the dealer back, the owner told me that he would fix it...As soon as he got a new mechanic as the old one just quit. When I called back a couple weeks after, I was told that the owner was out of the country & that I had to call back in a month. I called back AGAIN (dont forget, Im financing this car) & I was told that since I signed an As Is Agreement that they werent going to do anything about my problem. I have a total disgust for Victor, Lizzette, Moe , The Owner & everyone else associated with VIP Auto Enterprise Incorporated. In the words of the Immortal Tupac Shakur, " F*#k VIP Auto as a staff, label & a motherf*#!ing crew!" Seriously, you will never need a car bad enough to even think about doing business with these scoundrels. STAY AWAY FROM VIP AUTO!!!!

My name is Donvass Dennis recently perches a 2008 BMW 335i from these guys VIP auto. The funny part about it is that they were a nice set of people when I didnt have the car as yet, FIRST PROBLEM WITH THE CAR IS MY NUMBER FOUR COIL PACK WHEN OUT THEN WHEN I DRIVE AND SHOUT OFF THE ENGINE, AND STARTS BACK UP THE CAR STARTS TO SMOKE BAD..... So I keep my cool and call they said we going to order the part and sort it out so long story short problem starts happening again the navigation system stop my air bag light came on my number 6 coil pack when out. So I call them ( mutt ) said yes your parts is here I said ok!!! I call the next day someone said we order the parts but bmw dont have it in stock. Call again someone said they order it on eBay so it will be here two weeks time, blow off!!! So now if am wrong to take this to bigger authorities with my voice recorder I will really like to know because they know am not a hard person to deal with but they keep going around bushes with me
