Should be called "Wrong Way"! Now that it is all over, Ill share my experience and maybe some of you will be so wise to listen. In December, knowing my credit was a wreck and knowing that I needed a car, I headed to this dealership where I was sold a junk P.T Cruiser. The back two doors of the car would not open, the electronics seldom worked and within several days of owning the car all of the lights in the dash came on. To make matters worse, within two weeks of having purchased the car, I totaled it in a terrible accident when I slid on some black ice. My insurance covered the value of the car but not the balance of the loan (which is fair. Rightway did not require me to purchase any sort of GAP insurance and I carried full coverage which was what was required in my contract) Rightway and the rude manager of this location spent nearly two months arguing with my insurer over the value of the car. Rightway demanded my insurer pay them nearly 8000 dollars for a car worth, at most, 3000! Yeah right. Meanwhile, having just wanted the whole thing over with, I phoned Rightway only to be told that they wouldnt settle. Eventually, two months later, they did because they knew that my insurer was right-it isnt fair to sell a car worth, like I said, 3000 at most (especially considering it was full of problems) for an amount double that, plus interest and then expect them to pay it. By the way, I should also mention that every time that either I or my insurer phoned Rightway would usually ignore our calls, place us on hold and then hang up or flat out tell me that it wasnt their problem. Occasionally I would get the manager who told me how they wouldnt settle with my insurer. You would think they would want their money. Also, they couldnt figure out who my insurance was supposed to cut the check to. Very disorganized operation and I wouldnt trust their cars -after all, take it from me, mine was riddled with problems from day one and if it hadnt been totaled in my accident, I would have dealt with that! The customer service leaves something to be desired. Especially the manager, who flat out told me that he was going to argue with my insurer who gave them the FAIR MARKET VALUE OF THE CAR! I filed Bankruptcy shortly after and listed the remaining balance of my loan in it with no regrets. I wasnt going to pay them after my insurer forked over the FAIR AMOUNT for the car. I suggest if your credit is bad looking for another alternative or do like I did and file BK. By the way, I suspect most of these reviews on here are either A) Fake or B) From people who got a car and have yet to realize they will be paying 20% APR. This place is no different than any other buy here pay here dealership.

Cars have all kinds of dents, scratches and marks on them. Rims are even scuffed up like theyve been curbed the hell out of. They act like theyre some top notch car lot when they are buy here pay here at best! Ive seen better deals (mileage and prices) on Craigslist. Dont waste your time. Theyll also talk your trade in down like you had a tow truck bring it in. Cars you ask for on the lot are always "sold it yesterday....just waiting on the customer to pick it up". Dont waste your time

When you have exhausted all options for a vehicle, this is the place to come. They will work with you and make sure you drive off their lot. My sales rep Omar was amazing.
