*** CROOKS!!! *** I dont even know how this dealership still exist or at the very least have armed guards posted outside with the amount of people they have ripped off. If you google "EZ Auto Finance Reviews, you will find OVER 500 Negative Experiences from past customers. My experience went like this: I found EZ Auto through the USAA Car Buying App (They were associated with USAA but have since been fired as a partner of USAA). I bought a 2008 Mercedes from them at a very good price but the problems started IMMEDIATELY after the 2 hour drive home. I test drove the vehicle for a good 30 plus minutes with no problems so I was surprised to make the 2 hour trip down to Fort Benning, only to have my my 1) Check Engine light pop on, 2) Tire Pressure Monitor System Inoperative, 3) Front Left Head Lamp Out, 4) Front Right Head Lamp Out AND Find out my doors only lock manually! I found all of this out at about 11pm as I was returning to Benning. First thing in the morning, I immediately called my cars salesman, Ralph and he said he would get back to me with what they could do. I decided to take the car to the Mercedes dealership in Columbus to get checked out. The mechanic there told me that all of those issues were HIDDEN at the dealership because someone had manually zeroed out the system so that those alerts wouldnt pop up for a few days. All the repairs combined were approximately $4k-$5k. There was no way I was pay almost a third of what I paid for the car in repairs the first week I had the vehicle so I call up the dealer again and told them of my issues and the General Manager said he would speak with the owner and see what they could do. Obviously they didnt care because I never received a call back that day. The next day, I decided to skip the call and drive straight up to ATL and confront them in person. I confronted the General Manager, Aaron about the obvious fraud that took place and his only response was the cars were sold as is. While I acknowledged this, I also reminded Aaron (since he doesnt seem to understand this) that it is his obligation to disclose any known defects on the car to a potential buyer which obviously didnt happen. Aaron was 100% completely unprofessional, unhelpful and border line aggressive with his demeanor. He actually made threatening remarks towards me which I found hilarious considering he spent 2 years in the Air Force before being discharged for being overweight and I have 5 combat deployments as a US Army 11B. I almost wished he would of acted on his aggression so that I could of legally broke his face into 20 little parts. The owner Alex has yet to call me back. Aaron wouldnt give me his last name, a direct phone number to him or to the owner and have completely refused to do anything about the issue. I wouldnt buy a pair of socks from EZ Auto Finance, let alone a car again. Luckily, I found a dealer who was willing to take the 2008 as a trade in to make a deal work with me on a newer model Mercedes. I still plan on taking legal action against EZ Auto Finance for their obvious fraud, as well as file complaints with the Better Business Bureau and any online search engine that I can find them on. These people, mainly their GM, Aaron and Owner, Alex should be ashamed of themselves for the type of business they run. They make money by ripping off the community and obviously do it very well. If I could give them negative stars, I would. When you hear the saying, Thats Bad Business", thats these guys. STAY AWAY FROM EZ AUTO FINANCE

mr. Mrs. Lashley love story. 05, 06, 2017 wedding
I purchased a 2011 BMW 528i in March 2017. At first me and my husband was kind of skeptical about buy the car from here cause we notice that one of the managers name Pete aruging with a lady customer about a car she just purchased. I was assured by a salesman name Frank not to worry about Petes rudeness.. Frank then sat me down with the General manager name James. James explained to me that the car payments are bi-weekly, April 15th & May 1st. I firmly told and explained to James that i get payed once a month at my job. James and i agreed at signing that i can make my full car payments at my Scheduled monthly pay. I put down $7,000 towards the car. Before i left off the lot with the car i notice a yellow triangle light on. When i asked the sales guy Frank about it him and another co-worker told me that it was a headlight out. So i drove it home to later on buy a headlight for it. After a week of driving the car i notice the car burning alot of gas. I had a mechanic look at it they told me that it could be a gas leak or needed a tune up. When i called the office to make them aware of the issue they never answered my calls i made several attempts going to the office to speak to someone but i did get any help. Then after 23 days of me having the car a tow truck driver came to repo the car. The repo guy said i was 10 days late on my payment. I explained to the tow truck driver that it was already agreed that my payment would be payed at the 1st of the month when i get my Scheduled paycheck. But it was his job to repo the car he told me. The next day i went to the office to resolve the issue and pay my note in full but they refused my payments.. Spoke to James about returning the car back to me, but he said that he would have to get in touch with the Owner Alex and the repo guy and also he was waiting for them to call him back. Ive been going down to the office and calling James but they keep telling me he was either in a meeting or busy with a customer. I then decided to go to another car lot called Cobb Luxury cars to speak to the owner Alex myself to ask him about the situation with the car. I explained to the owner about what was going on. But Alex didnt have a clue about what was going on with the car. Also I spoke to the repo guy Gordon he also told me that no one from E-Z auto called him about the car. James bold face lied to me he never called them about the situation. So me and my husband immediately went back to E-Z auto to confront James about the games him and his company is playing. But still nothing got resolved. Now im out of $7,000 and a car that i only had for 24 days.

I would give them 0 stars if it was a choice. I found a car for my daughter through the usaa car buying service. I figured usaa trusted them enough so I took a chance. I called and Sean said come on down, great car. when we got there and looked at the Hyundai sante fe we were informed the air did not work but they were about to fix it and had a compressor on order but we would have to pay $400 more to fix it. We agreed and it was put on the contract. This is where the nightmare started. It took 4 trips there, First trip after dropping it off the compressor "blew up" and they had to get another one. Went home with no air. I had to keep calling because Sean would never call me to keep me updated. In fact no one ever called me in one month of this fiasco of trying to get the air fixed. Second trip dropped in the morning picked up in the evening and the air was working fine. 6 days later quit working. I called up once again and they assured they would fix the problem but they ha to research the invoices for the part and would get back to me. Not. Meanwhile I took it to a mechanic and he said it looked like the compressor had not been touched it was covered in grease and no wrench marks. When I called to follow up and told them this they assured it was not true and would fix it. Days later I just showed up and the mgr said they would call me and once again assured me it would be fixed.. Sean finally called a few days later very nice and apologetic and said he would call me the next day. Not. I finally called again and talked to the mgr and he said to bring it in the next day. I dropped it off at noon and 645 I had not been called. They close at 7 so I went over after killing 7 hours nearby as I live an hour away. I went it and they said oh Alex didnt call you? No once again no one called and I didnt know who Alex was. They sent me down to the other location where they work on the cars. ALex was not aware he was supposed to call me and hadnt even looked at the car. It sat there for 7 hours. Needless to say I went off , I was so done with these people. I said just give me my $400 back and I will take it somewhere else and he agreed to cut a check Im sure to never see me again. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE! ALL TALK AND NO ACTION!
