This man is a liar and a crook. He sold me a vehicle that he knew had a blown head gasket. A mechanic I took it to found stop leak in the radiator, a common trick for disreputable car lots to use to hide the fact that the vehicle is loosing water through the head gasket. His ad on ebay stated in CAPITAL Letters that the vehicle DOES NOT OVERHEAT. It overheated on the way home, and again the next day. I called him the second day and tolod him a mechanic had diagnosed a blown head or head gasket. He PROMISED he would buy the vehicle back or furnish me another vehicle. This has been over a month ago. I have called every day and he has been putting me off with excuse after excuse. Finally he started rejecting my calls. I know this because I called him from my phone 2 times and went to his voicemail. I had a friend call him from a different area code and he answered on the third ring. I then called him again 2 more times and got the answering machine both times.

This place is a complete scam. Got up there and the car that we paid for on ebay was not there, the salesman was driving it. Was so concerned with the damn rear heat not working since I have kids that I didnt even notice the severe pet damage in the car. Found out that was why they were driving it, to air it out so it didnt smell. They said nothing was wrong with the cars motor, 2 days after we got it back here I had to spend 200 dollars to fix the coil pack in it because it started skipping, now 2 days after that it is back in the shop for another engine problem! Complete misrepresentation. They are auction flippers, if you want a car, just go to the auction, since that is where all their cars come from anyway and buy if from them, not Platinum Auto Sales!!!!! Just lies lies lies from these people, complete waste of money! I have learned my lesson for sure! I would give them ZERO stars if possible.

I will not recommend my enemy to this shop the sales man Andrew (drew) Sanders is a crook and a liar sold me a car that has over a thousand dollars damage the heater wasnt working but he told me everything was fine with the car the heater works the ac was fixed etc a week later the car start misfiring took it to the mechanic he noticed the heater cord was missing when he placed it in I started losing antifreeze and coolant so he had to take the cord out in order to get it fix theyll have to take the whole front of the car off. I am beyond disappointed him selling such a defective car to a young girl this was my first car and Ive spent so much money within the month of getting it sad thing he doesnt even respond to me nomore. But I believe in karma God will repay him for his crooked ways.

They sold me a faulty car and told me that there was nothing wrong and that there was nothing wrong with the electrical system. The battery was draining to the point that the car has to be charged at least once a week. The car doesnt have a range of more then 80 miles MAX (or much less if you are in stop and go traffic) before you have to recharge even a new battery! Yet when we called them, they claimed that they had told us the car needed work and they didnt do anything to it and they had apparently told us that that they never said it was a working car without problems. The Craigslist ad was on for a few weeks and they themselves admitted that the car was on the lot for a while. In other words, no way they could not have know the car was faulty.
