This place is a rip off. They sell cars which they know is unreliable and do not work with the consumer to right their wrong. Boyd Collins sold my daughter a vehicle which broke down within 3 days after driving off the lot. We took the vehicle to a certified repair shop and it was determined that this vehicle had long term problems. Boyd Collins was contacted and apprised of the situation. He tried to give us another car which had problems and when we requested at least half of our down payment back he charged enormous fees in order to keep a majority of the monies. If you want a reliable vehicle, do not stop, or even consider going to Collins. This is a company that has no regards for humankind. He is all about the dollars and how he can get over on unsuspecting consumers. This place has been reported to the Better Business Bureau. Be ware this dealer will rip you off, especially women because he will tell you out right lies. I would not recommend my pets let alone my enemies to this dealer. He has a bunch of unreliable junk vehicles that he patches up to sell to unsuspecting consumers.

...summary, they run a devious dealership. I put $2k down on a kar, they wanted $250 a month- I opted to pay $300 a month... 10 months later I was a week late on a payment & Boyd was quik to sneak repo me - & tak on a $150 repo fee... In a year of having the kar they did this twice. Boyd is a shark & wont budge abt nothing koncerning his financial gains. I went against multiple peoples advice not to deal w/ Collins so take my advice go to some reputable ppl besides Collins. I ended up spending $6.5k + on a kar valued @ $6k, not including the repairs etc & still owed $2.5 on it. Dnt let immobile impatience lead u 2 dealing w/ Collins or go ahead & find out 1st hand. Theyre swindlers. (I didnt mention all the repairs I had to pay for within a month of having the kar-) r

I put 2000 down on a car it broke down the first week I had it. I got the car fixed and still made my payment. My 2 year old niece died so I was a week late on my second payment. When I tried to go in and pay it he said that I had to pay in full I couldnt make my monthly payment. I told him the situation and why I was late he told me that had nothing to do with his business and If I wanted to keep the car I had to pay in full. I understand it had nothing to do with him but I was only a week late and I dont understand why I couldnt just have had a late payment instead of a repo...

Love this place, every year they get better cars due to their good service and good cars. My family and I have bought 4 cars from them and we have all working still after 4 years of the first one we bought from them. Theyre really nice too its a family owned and run place they work with you too if you cant make a payment on time.

My friend recommended this place to me when I was looking for a vehicle and Ive not been sorry. The people there are excellent and very helpful and when times have been tough, they have helped us out. The car runs and should I need any repairs, I can go through them.

My girlfriend bought a car from this place. Three days later the transmission starts making a grinding noise. After promising to make it right, yesterday, they decided that it wasnt their problem. They dont stand by what they sell. You shouldnt either.
