SHADY - TERRIBLE - DISHONEST...I am a business owner myself and would never pull a stunt like these guys did. I made an offer on a car listed on the Internet and they accepted it. I had to fly out from Illinois to Ohio and the sales person encouraged me to book my flight quickly. I did as instructed and booked a flight for $342. Luckily, I called the night before to confirm they were picking me up at the airport the next morning and learned that they sold the car! I was given no notice or opportunity to change my offer. Im glad I didnt fly out there first and have to pay for yet another flight home!!! They did not reimburse me the money for the flight and refused to communicate with me.

My wife and I recently purchased a 2012 Explorer from Tip Top Auto Sales. It was exactly the vehicle we were looking for. Low mileage and super clean. We worked with Kent. He was very nice and easy to work with and gave us a fair price. He even went out of his way to stay late on a Saturday for us to close the deal because we were coming in from out of town. We ended up financing our vehicle through Tip Top and it was very quick and painless. Only took about 30 min and we were out the door. We are very satisfied and would recommend Tip Top to anyone else looking for a quality used vehicle.

I bought an S10 from this dealership and within a week I could tell that they did some shady work to it. For example I decided to change the stereo system and when I pulled out the head unit there was a cigarette pack under it to keep it balanced. The next problem I found was the truck bed cables were broken which I had to replace. Also, the dealer convinced me that the truck got 27+ MPG, but I soon learned that was not the case and it ended up only getting around 18mpg. Safe to say I will not go back to this dealership because they have low morals.

Shady shady shady!!!!! Son went in to buy a car, sticker said $6000, but was on sale for $5200, the paperwork was drawn up for $290/ month for 54 months....thats nearly $16000.00 for a $5000 car....worst part my husband planned on buying a truck there he seen he liked, up until the way our son was treated, felt like we was being swindled. Saleman wouldnt come down at all.....no negotaition, it was his way or no way. $16000 for a $5000 car....smh...he should be ashamed of himself!

I recently went through a great experience at Tip Top Auto in Tipp City Ohio. They were having a big sale with lots of Salespeople and it was really crowded but I had a great experience and was treated with respect. We haggled a little bit about the price and they gave in more than what they wanted to but in the end I left as a happy customer. I recommend them highly.

They suck, dont do it! Nice people not great cars. I have had my vehicle for two months, it has left me stranded on several different occasions, it has been to the shop twice already. Oh and when I called the first week after purchase yeah they didnt know what I was talking about and that I would need to call the warranty company. Some help first week really

Talk about a deceitful individual ! They have a fly by night bodyman in the parking lot painting cars and getting overspray all over my car as well, they go to auctions and buy cars without checking them out, unreal .
