Called in 2-3 days ago and set up a time to borrow a Tundra today to see how it tows to see if it would work as a replacement for the Ford I currently have. Decided that while I was looking around for a potential replacement for my truck, Id look for my wifes replacement as she just totaled her Sonata a couple weeks back. I happened upon a really good lease deal on Camrys yesterday, so I decided that Id add it to the list along with a new Sonata. Salesperson was relatively polite; the car was the definition of boring to drive, but thats how Toyotas seem to work. Fast forward to this morning, the salesperson who over the phone claimed he was the only one in the try before you buy department(for my truck) wasnt even working today. The salesperson who I spoke with the day before(about my wifes replacement) said that pretty much all the information I received over the phone was incorrect and stood there telling his manager about my presence the day before. So Im standing there, looking shady because Im coming in and looking for a different salesperson who isnt even there only a day after being there for an entirely different vehicle and situation. Then come to find out I lost my license somewhere over the past day during all the test drives and I tried to track it down. Wound up having a new one printed because I needed to update my address on it, anyway. Went back to this dealer after running a few more errands only to be turned away as a potential customer. I wouldnt have worked with either salesperson after how the second regarded me and how much misinformation the first gave. Given that their manager stood behind what they said rather than hear me out, I have no interest in giving them any future business at all. There is no woe is me here. It is simply to inform the reader that the staff here is nothing special at all, and I would recommend taking your business elsewhere. That said, I am sure they judged me based on me pulling up in a beat up 2001 Corolla rather than our 2013 Audi S6, but hey, to each their own. Superior Hyundai North had no problem with it, and thats who is most likely getting our business.

A huge thank you to Joseph Toyota on Colerain. Joseph Toyota really takes care of their customers. I took my 2011 Highlander in for an oil change and ended up having to get the 120,000 mile maintenance done, which I was not expecting. Tony Nash explained everything and cost for the maintenance. He said I would need to leave my car there all day, but I was concerned since I live in another state. He assured me they would give me a rental car at no cost and that I could keep it overnight and bring it back the next day. I was so pleased to hear that, especially since I had to end up paying extra from a different Toyota dealership for a Jeep because all they offered was a very small car from the rental place next door to them. They don’t provide their own Toyota models if you need to leave your vehicle overnight! Tony called me while they were working on my Highlander and let me know I needed brakes also. He explained how much padding I had left on the brakes and cost and asked for approval before they began that work. What great customer service! Tony really took care of me and made me feel very special as a Toyota customer!! Kudo’s to Tony!!!!!! He is really great to work with. What Joseph Toyota provides for the customer with the waiting area is unbelievable. Very comfortable furniture, snacks, coffee, soda, water, Internet access and cookies when you leave. The other dealership I used to work with provides coffee and very uncomfortable furniture to sit on. The furniture there is nice leather, but sits so close to the ground you can’t get up! I always went there because that is where I bought my SUV, but it is farther for me to drive to from Indiana. I am so happy I found Joseph Toyota on Colerain on the Internet. Much closer for me and I love the customer service there. I will always continue to have my SUV worked on there. I have told other people about the customer service at Joseph Toyota. Thank you once again for being an OUTSTANDING dealership. Sincerely, Lissa

I always thought that the TOYOTA Dealer service for repair and maintenance of TOYOTA cars more professional, So I am willing to pay more for joseph toyota to repair and maintenance , but I am wrong it is waste money and idiot. My 02 sienna engine light was stay on for 10 years and since two day ago found it has some problem ,Decided take it to toyota dealer service to check what is problem ?, Because I believe they more "professional" than other repair thats why pay $100 to check ,they are price about $40 more . when they finish check and tell me it was engine problem , $480-$1500 to fix and 1 year warranty ,so let them to fix because they more "professional " I can trust . after couple hours they call me and tell me maybe my computer need to change , it cost $1396.57 and maybe plus somethings else. so they "professional " but cant find what is problem? coast me $100, and tell you many problem ,to fix problem piece by piece it maybe cost over $20000.00 on your 15years old car ? so dont waste your money on toyota car dealer for your car repair and maintenance, they more expensive than other .…… feb 2 2016 continue take my car to michel tires plus on colerain ave next by frischs restaurant to free check engine light . give me a report and suggest begin to replace engine sensor because on report has engine problem same as joseph toyota told to me first time to fix about $500.but michel tire plus cost $200 fixed and it work . so my computer no problem joseph toyota asked $1400 to change computer first ,then keep going to fix other problem . unbelievable

I recently had a horrible experience with Joseph Toyota. I received a mailer saying that they were interested in my 2010 RAV4 as my lease will be expiring soon. I called and spoke numerous times with Kevin. I told him my price range and he assured me he could come close to that. He asked he to come in and bring my car so that they could inspect and appraise it. I agreed after telling him that I wanted to work all we could out over the phone as I dont have a lot of time. Well, the story quickly changed when I arrived at the dealership. The price was nothing even close to what we had discussed on the phone. When I asked what happened to that price he began telling me he did not say that. I pulled out notes I had taken on our conversations. I continued to insist upon the price we had talked about previously while he kept coming back with a price not even close. After much back forth I told him I was leaving. I was very disappointed not just that we could not work a deal but that I was lied to. I feel he did that to get me in there and then get me to over pay for a car. I will never deal with them again and will tell everyone about my experience. I do not appreciate being lied to or treated as if I am stupid some women do their research and know what is reasonable to pay for cars!
