"Had an amazing experience with Scott and SVG!!! Love my new Chevy Equinox. He was great answered all my questions and explained everything to me that I needed to know! Id recommend Scott and SVG to anyone:)" I wrote this review when I was buying the car and was forced to give a 5 star review and talk about what an excellent experience I had with them. I dont think it was right at all that I was forced to give good reviews on several different websites. It should have been something I did willing on my own! I was supposed to have gotten my car for the price online but didnt realize until after I signed my paperwork that I had agreed to pay the window sticker price even after the fact that Scott had told me Id receive the online price since I mentioned it to him. I was talked into getting the extended warranty and supposedly signed a paper saying it was $100 deductible every time they would see my vehicle and have no proof of this. I did not receive any copies of paper work that says I agreed to that.....went in to have my back back up camera looked at and they told me nothing was wrong with it?! Thats why it keeps going black.....smh. And they tried to charge me over $100 to have them tell me there wasnt anything wrong with it! Have not had a good experience with them since they got my money! Make sure you take the time to read everything you are signing. When I was signing my paperwork in Greenville the guy "dont remember his name" likes to make other conversations to distract you from whats really going on and makes you sign your life away! Wish I would have taken my time to read what was all there....hope other people have better service than me. Also exchanged numbers with Scott if I ever had any questions or concerns. When I was having problems with my back up camera I texted him and he never replied! Hes just there to sell him self when you go to buy the car and make money and could careless about you afterwards. Very disappointed in SVG wont be buying my next vehicle from them!

I feel like I am being required to post a review right now and also I am having to do my review on paper of my experience in front of the sales person...very awkward!!! ...I dislike how basicly I am pressured into posting a good review just so the person gets paid since she said they dont do commission. I didnt have my normal sales person today, and I wish I would have scheduled with him ahead of time. Also I said no to the video and picture because I am a private person but our sales person had a manager come over and basicly all but said she wouldnt get a bonus if we didnt do it. Ive bought a lot of vehicles in the past and this hands down was THE most awkward experience ever. Glad we got the car we wanted and 3 years free oil changes though... But the awkwardness.....yikes! I definitely will only use my normal sales person in the future. Also got home and realized they didnt fill the car up and it is like on E. 1st time ever a dealership hasnt filled a car up.

Went to SVG Chevrolet in Greenville, Ohio looking for a specific Chevrolet Silverado Z71. We already own a black Chevy Silverado Z71 and we love it so much that we decided to purchase a pearl 2017 Chevy Silverado Z71. Cory Morris was amazing to work with. There was absolutely no pressure and he is so very knowledgeable about the vehicles we test drove. We were never rushed into making a decision. We were told to take as much time as needed. Thank you to a great young man, Cory Morris, for spending so much time with us. Because of Cory, our salesman, and Aaron in finance, our purchase was a success!! You two are the best!!! SVG is so lucky to have you men!!
