I like how they get on here and leave themselves a 5 star rating... We bought a car from these crooks and traded two old cars in and a couple hundred bucks for the LOW down payment on one of their QUALITY USED CARS. Before we could get off the lot we couldnt get the key out of the ignition. We were told they would fix any problems with the key and make a second key. We get home And find that the key doesnt work in any of the doors, And the remote locks dont work either so now the key is locked in the car and we are stuck. While walking around the vehicle to see if we may have left anything unlocked we notice the back door window is down about 3 inches so I try to reach through to unlock the door and the window just falls all the way down... Upon further inspection we find 3 seat belts that dont work, one of which is cut completely in half. When we called about the problems they said they werent fixing anything other than the key... A week later the first payment was due. And my girlfriend had gotten sick so 3 days after the payment was due this group of cons show up and repo the car, And leave her and her two kids stranded... 3 DAYS! When she goes to talk to them to find out what their problem was they tell her she has to pay two payments and a 200 repo fee to get her car back. Guess who owns the tow company that repos their cars... THEY DO..! We told them to shove their car... Do not buy anything from these thieves... You will regret it...!

I cant express enough how wonderful of an experience I had purchasing my van from these people. I had come from 2 different car lots that day where I was almost kept hostage. I was in no mood for a sales pitch and someone to tell me what car that I was going to buy. Auto Express was complete opposite of what I expect. They left me to inspect all the vehicles I wanted. They allowed me to test drive my van as long as I needed. Dana did all of my paper work that day and was patient and extremely down to earth. She was very professional and continues to provide wonderful service whenever I stop to make my payment. When we call in my payment via bank card we always ask for her. She assures me that payment is made and I feel completely safe giving her sensitive information. I cant express how happy I am with my 2006 Town and Country. These people treat me and my son as if we are family. My van will be paid off in December and my son wants a truck for my to drive him around in and I am looking forward to possibly trading the van into them. I just hope they dont mind cleaning all of the spills and candy stains from my son.

Be aware. If I wouldve known what I do now I wouldve gone some place else. If you have a hard ship as some of us unfornetly do dont look to them to have any kind of understanding. They will take turns lying to you and telling you whatever and then blame each other for not following up with the agreement. I replaced tires on the truck I got from them that had been 14yrs old! Then had to replace the alternator. I paid a payment and a half to catch my payments up after being told one would be placed on the end of my loan just to be questioned about my tax return and asking how much I would be getting back. They charge 1,000 for some made up insurance so they can profit even more money. With the late fees from the "payment that was being placed on the end of the loan" Ill be throwing money away along with the "insurance" if I didnt have so much tied up into the truck I wouldve washed my hands with them. The guy Brandon will raise his voice and talk to you like trash. Im paying them! Not the other way around. Run the other way. Its not worth it! What Im spending on a 13 yr old truck I could own a newer model buy now!

Josh, was a great help. Although I didnt purchase a car that day. I will be as soon as I find what it is Im looking for. Josh was extremely honest and fair. I travelled up and down Route 4 and this was the best place by far. Blessings Update, I did purchase a Jeep from them so far so good. I have to go back to see them next week. I discovered that the seat belt in the third row were missing. Spoke to the dealer and they said they will take care of it, we will see. Updated: 1/11/16. This Jeep has been nothing but a disappointment, Transmission went out 4k miles after I purchased it towed to dealer, 2k miles water pump went out had it towed. All paying $200 each incident. Transmission went out over the holidays so I had to rent a car for almost two weeks. They had the nerve to charge late fees after all was said and done. Not as friendly as I thought. After the transmission went out got it back and now the computer is going out. They want $50 for Diagnostics. I was seriously planning to pay it off with taxes but idk now. Has 5k miles since I got it.

i purchased a 2004 pacific from auto express on feb 25 2015,my car buying experience with them was beyond outstanding jesse the sales rep was open to listen to what i was looking for he was very communicative very nice and had a great sense of humor and i knew this was the place i wanted to do business they treat u as if your family and i so love that about them my car did have a minor problem and jeff and brandon are AWESOME they know how to do there job,they went above and beyond to fix the problem and it only took 1 day to get it ready for me they gave me prompt service unlike most dealers they just put you in something they want you to drive and can care less if a problem arise (like jake sweeney),but auto express stand by everything they say and they treat me very well and i love my car its enough room for my family i wouldnt trade it in for the world so if your looking for a nice reliable car from ppl that care plz plz go to AUTO EXPRESS..thank u

I cant believe the fake 5 star reviews on here.It is literally the same story written over and over but with the name changed.nice try. Do not come here to get any car for any reason.The whole car lot is filled with the cheapest cars these people could get at auction.Anyone can go to these auctions I myself have been with friends all you need is an LLC and a dealers license and you too can go and buy older cars for next to nothing and then charge people 2015 car prices and payments like these people do.My experience here was terrible and nothing short of obnoxious.I test drove a vehicle here and stopped by my friends car shop for him to check out the car and he not only told me it had been wrecked but that it had some pretty serious issues that would result in big problems for me in the near future. I almost got stuck with a serious lemon of a car that would have resulted in problems for years to come had i not taken it to a shop to be checked out.
