I recently bought a car from Mike at Express Auto Mall. Mike was extremely kind and let me test drive the car and was very informative. Trading in my car and receiving a new one was such an easy process. Mike had explained everything to me throughly about the warranty that came with my vehicle. Even after when I took the car to my personal mechanic and there were some minor issues, I had called Mike and he immediately told me to come in so he could fix the said issues. Pete, Mikes mechanic, instantly brought my car in and fixed the issues. They are both very caring and honest people at Express Auto Mall. I would suggest buying a car from there. They arent like any other used car dealer out there. Only downfall I have is the communication between Pete and Mike is lacking. I wasnt made aware of when my car was finished I had to call myself after not hearing from them all day. Otherwise, decent place to do business with.

Weve been searching for a vehicle for a few months now. We came to Express Auto Mall after seeing an ad online. Mike was extremely helpful and let us take our time to thoroughly inspect/test drive the vehicle. Weve dealt with a lot of private sellers and dealers at this point and Mike was by far the best. He wasnt pushy and made us feel comfortable with the whole experience. In the end, we didnt end up buying the vehicle; however, Mike was very kind and understood even after dealing with us for half the day. We would definitely recommend coming here if youre in search of a quality used vehicle at a fair price.

Mike is like working with a good friend. He always wants to make sure you are happy with the car. If any issues arise he is quick to let you know he will take care of you. He goes out of his way to instill confidence in the purchase. His cars are all very nice, no junkers. This is a company I confidently recommend. Bought a bmw there and. Next day. I find out bad tail light noise comming from transmission. Radio buttons dont work ! Climate control buttons are sticking. ! Bad control arm bushing bad front shocks. Engine has small oil leak And off course. None of this stuff was noticible. ! Got rid of my car due to problems finaced. A nice car and now have worst problems ! Never again

I been to a lot of dealerships but these guys had it down everything right. I bought a SUV 10 years old n they had it shampooed. Exterior and interior were really good for that old car. I traded in my 2002 Honda civic and i got a 2006 Azera that is in a like new condition. I have been driving this car for mare than 2 years and put more than 40k mile on it I never needed to go to the mechanic except for the regular oil change. Definitely, would recommend to anyone who is looking to buy a top quality used car.
