I apologize in advance for the lengthy post but Im going to explain the entire process and experience I had to assist anyone in the future that decided to use this dealership. We found a really nice used car me and the wife liked and decided to place a call. After finding out that the price included two rebates (both of which were $1,000 for recent college grad and dealer loyalty) we decided the price was way too high for fair market value. I told the salesman if he were able to get me the price I would take the car. He then called me back stating he would work with me if I came in (this place was an hour each way, so naturally I was leery). We took the gamble and went. First off, they didnt even have the car - they stated a mechanic took it home for the night? Ok, so this was the first thing that angered us right away. Now the salesman returns and tells us the car that we are interested in we would have to put a deposit on to hold. So I ask him, how do you expect me to place a deposit on a car I havent even SEEN? So we leave, the next day the salesman calls me and tells me they have the car. The car, btw, was for the wife and she fell in love with it right away before she even saw it. Ill explain later why this detail was important/reckless. Anyway, we drive up expecting to take the car home and expecting them to work on the pricing as promised. After a ton of haggling on my end we eventually get very close to the price we wanted. While Im haggling shes out test driving the car. They pull credit app and everything is going smooth, we get the APR we wanted and all. The salesman ended up being $500 off from the price I wanted, but said he would throw in lifetime free oil changes, so I agreed. Now we are ready to take the car home. I tell the salesman to finalize the sale, ask if any fees will be included, he states just tax, dmv, title. We go inside the finance room to finalize the contract. I look at the contract and the price that we settled on 16,000 was 22,600? I asked the finance manager why there was 6,600 extra? Turns out they (without asking) throw in their own extended warranty (2,000) a dealership used car prep fee (1,000) a window etching fee (500) and several other fees! I tell the finance manager to immediately remove all of these fees as they were not explained to me and I asked several times. He says he cannot, except the extended warranty. So we get up to leave, the sales manager walks up to me and asks me if $1500 is really going to break the deal? Are these guys serious? Very shady tactics. Eventually as Im walking out to leave, furious, the sales manager agrees to eliminate all of the fees. So now we are left at 18,000 after tax, title, registration etc. Oh and after careful review of the "lifetime free oil changes" you only get them if you agree to follow the dealerships maintenance plan, so its not free at all. Overall, we ended up taking the car but the experience was anything but honest, or painless - it was downright terrible. I would not recommend anyone buy a Used car from them - I cant comment on their new cars as I did not purchase one but stay away for used cars, much better dealerships out there. Hope this helps.

I received an email from the internet sales department asking me to rate my experience. This was my reply: I am replying to this email because I feel that you must really rethink the way you present your pricing on your website. After driving to your dealership (an hour from my location) I came to find out that the BOLD PRICE advertised on your website was a price that was unattainable by your sales team. While discussing the pricing of the vehicle, I was directed to the fine print that indicated that I must have recently graduated from college, been in the military, and trade in a vehicle which I previously purchased from your dealership to get the bold price. Since I am ineligible for those rebates, Im guessing the majority of the general public is also ineligible, the price magically jumped $3,000 higher. I asked the salesperson if I could pay the full asking price from the website and was told this was not a possibility since I wasnt eligible for any of the rebates. Despite the salespersons opinion, the actions of your dealership are the definition of "bait and switch." Bait and Switch - the action (generally illegal) of advertising goods that are an apparent bargain, with the intention of substituting inferior or more expensive goods. This trip was an absolute waste of my time. I arrived with a cash deposit on hand and ready to buy, as any good buyer looking to not waste anyones time would do. I would expect the same courtesy and respect for ones time from your sales team, but this was not the case. This was a trip I would have never taken if the "real price" of the vehicle was advertised. I understand the ideology of trying to increase traffic in your showroom to obtain more sales. Increasing foot traffic is just good business. However, I will tell you that being misleading is not the proper way to go about this. As a result of these tactics you completely turned me off as a potential buyer. I intend to use social media and the web to share my story so that other buyers may be informed, with Route 46 Nissan the bold advertised price might not be the true price. Buyers should think twice before they waste their time, especially if traveling long distance to your location. Did we respond in a timely manner? Yes Was our price quote easy to understand? ABSOLUTELY NOT! Sneaky tactic to get me to visit your dealership. Have our people treated you with courtesy and respect? No. Bait and switch tactics led me to waste an entire evening of my time. Is there any one thing we can do to help you make your purchase decision today? I purchased a vehicle elsewhere and will advise others to do the same. I wish to have no further interactions with your sales team other than to inform you that you must change the way you present your prices online.

Horrible dealership I ever been!!!!! Nothing but a bunch of con artist. Went for a oil change and try to talk to a dealer about lowering my payments on my vehicle instead of helping me actually they screw me up even worst actually I have to pay more!!! for my monthly payments. I had my Nissan vehicle on lease where at first I got it in Nissan of Hawthorne so it was my first time coming to this place because I saw so many good reviews but whatever sometimes you cant believe everything you read. But like I was saying I came here for an oil change while looking around at some cars and try to talk to a dealer about my payments I happen to run to this dealer Going by the name of Tony Rodríguez one of the most unprofessional idiot and worst dealers ever!!!!!!!!! Yes unbelievable at first of course like every con always puts a smile and trys to make you feel comfortable and basically try to sell you and brainwash you with any little B.S. But Thats there little game they play and thats how they get trained to manipulate people but long story short i sat with him and he said he was gonna make me a better deal do a lease buy out , i was gonna pay a little more for the monthly payments on my car But!!!!! Said My insurance was gonna go down for sure he was positive of that instead of him checking my coverages to make sure, he didnt do any of those things which is weird cause a dealer suppose to do that. So then when I try to talk to my insurance State Farm they told me that there was no way my insurance was going to go down with out the dealer notifying them and my coverages were already low and I was making already low payments on my insurance so there was no way State Farm was gonna give me a lower rate so when I explain to them that the dealer(Tony) told me that was incorrect information and when I tried to explain to Tony about what my insurance had said he would not help me at all!!! He kept on insisting that he was right and the insurance has to go down well that did not happen and now am stuck with a higher bill thanks to this stupid idiot that was no help at all when I called the insurance with me on three-way I had to go to the dealership myself with State Farm on the phone so he would talk to them about my coverages in premium everything with him was like pulling teeth so based on my experience this is one of the worst!!!!! dealerships Ive ever been I should of stayed in Nissan Hawthorne And Tony Rodríguez is one of the most idiot dealers I ever met no help at all you should be ashamed of yourselfs Nissan 46 for having people like him represent your company if you decide to come here do not go with Tony Rodriguez or better yet dont even come to this dealership at all it will save you a headache.
