Hello my name is penny and I would really love to tell you that I love your store at the greenwood mall I am disabled and really cant afford to get eye glasses that I need. I came to the mall at lens crafters didnt like the way I was forced to get glasses that didnt look right on me then I walked out the door I came up on your store and because of a nice young lady by the name of Miss.Nedra I will always come back to you because of her and the really good service that I got. The last time I bought a pair of glasses I spent $600. This time around I spent $129 and received the best service I could have ever asked for! The selection was excellent and I finally found the style I had been looking for for so long. Even though my prescription is strong the cost was still VERY reasonable and they came in much quicker than expected. I go to school 3 hours away and hope to see a location opened near me so I can buy more pairs:) Thank you so much to the team at EYEquity for helping me find a pair of glasses that make me love wearing them everyday!

They have tried to fix the glasses they made for me twice. Theyre still wrong. Ill go back to the folks who wrote the prescription and find out if they really filled the prescription, or if they made a mistake filling it. Right now, Im out $300 and dont have usable glasses. Still hoping this will work out...
