Overall, great experience. When I got there, there was someone in line but only one visible receptionist to help. As soon as she saw me, she asked a second receptionist to help me. They got me right in, were extremely friendly and welcoming, knew me by name even though it was my first time there (its like they were expecting me, or something. :D). The technician was quick and thorough. I asked if we could avoid the "puff" test and the technician said they could do two other methods so it was no problem. And Dr. Rush was great--answered all of my questions and pushed off my annual exam until my eye had recovered from whatever severe allergy is affecting it right now. Everyone was really nice and made my experience great. Would highly recommend this place. :)

My experiences at Visionquest have been great. They have professional staff and they work well together. Im seeing Dr. Null and feel well cared for. He found the beginnings of macular degeneration, something my prior eye doctor did not find. He is sending me to a specialist for glaucoma care as well. Dr. Null is up to date with the latest in eye care and has a wealth of knowledge in this field. He did a cheek swab for a DNA test for macular degeneration; that is cutting edge, friends. I finally feel safe regarding my eyesight. I feel like my life has been saved! Thank you, Visionquest!

I stepped on my new glasses and bent the frames, they looked bad beyond repair i was thinking. I went back to VisionQuest Eyecare 9650 E Washington St #205, Indianapolis, IN 46229 and the Optician/Office Coordinator Debbie Barron was amazing, she was able to fix them! They are like new again, took her about 20 minutes to fix them. I am so glad that i went there, i have been to other places in the past, VisionQuest is hands down the best in my past experience, professional staff, Dr. was great! Thank you Debbie Barron!

Visionquest Eyecare is a great place for all of your optical needs. Courteous and professional staff that are well trained and helpful. Easy access to their office and they will go out of their way to get you the appointment time that fits your schedule. I recently had a problem with my eye and they made sure to get me in on the same day, despite their busy schedule. They take very good care of you and make you feel welcomed. I highly recommend them.

Great staff! Receptionist was genuinely warm. Lady that helped with glasses was very thoughtful. Since my daughters eyes were dilated, she closed blinds and got a magnifying mirror. She also offered styles and colors not on the sales floor. She was patient and extremely helpful. Doctor was great with my seven year old. Explained everything very well. My first visit was for an eye emergency; they got me seen and fixed right away as a walk-in.

Love this place! My appt was with Dr. Null yesterday. I so appreciated him taking the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything so thoroughly. Deb was so sweet and really helped me decide on glasses that I know I will love. She even fixed my old pair when she saw the shape they were in. :) Everyone at the office was super helpful and friendly! Now that Ive found this place I will never go anywhere else.

My office visit was great, the dr I saw was great ( thats the only reason why I didnt give it one star) but the fact that I have been waiting 2 weeks for some glasses is ridiculous!!!!!! The very reason why I went to the eye dr is because I have been having trouble with my eyes and to order and pay for my glasses and to have to still be waiting for them 2 weeks later is unheard of!!!! I will not be going back!!!1
