Last year I bought a car from Pauls. Chris our salesman was a consummate professional. We walked in and knew what we wanted, a white C70. Within an hour Chris had found the car we wanted, financing (great rate) was completed and we were out the door. Within a week we had the car as promised. Great experience! The C70 has an option of a spare tire or can of inflator, we saw the benefits of each option and had difficulty deciding. Chris offered us a great option. He told us to take the spare and if we needed the room in the trunk, we could come by give him the spare and he would give us a can of inflator for our trip. Wow! Service is great too. I was having a problem with my keyless fob for my S80 late on a Saturday. Service had closed and they were cleaning up. The service tech was more than happy to help me out. He spent about 15 mins, checked the battery and the wireless connection and told me it was probably just a quirk. No charge and 6 months later the quirk didnt reoccur.

I will update this if they resolve a problem by Friday, but the Service department and personal attention is beyond the worse we have ever experienced. 3 times in for appointments, and even when they say an exact time, you are left to sit for hours for simple fix. Un-accommodating responses to my wife has brought her to never want to even walk back in the place. She says, "Honda never treated me like this... " This last time when they said bring it in exactly this time, ask for so and so, but he isnt there, nobody else offers to step in and help her, after 45 min She walked out... Lastly if your stuck for hours, in a "Near Luxury" dealer, it needs to be updated, which that area hasnt been since the 60s apparently and workers need to smile and "Service" the clients a little!. Update- went in to try one last time for quick fix, just went into bay asking for the guy I spoke too, he ran out and fixed in 5 min.

Chris Corrigan went above and beyond to help me. I had to replace my 2004 XC90 when it was hit while parked by a drunk driver at a very high speed. I was having a difficult time locating the new XC90 inscription in my home state of North Carolina. I saw Pauls inventory on line and I called on a Sunday to leave a message. Chris Corrigan was at work on Sunday and called me back immediately. Chris Corrigan was able to help me locate the XC90 Inscription in the color and with all of the options that I wanted! I cant say enough about the excellent and personal service I received from Chris Corrigan. I would highly recommend purchasing a Volvo from him. R.S., DDS

We just picked up a used 07 CX 70. The condition of the vehicle is incredible ... clean and spotless. The car exceeded any of our expectations and are very pleased to have had the opportunity to deal with a great salesman by the name of Chris Corrigan. His confidence and professional attitude was assuring to us in that we were getting a true value. This is not the first time we have dealt with "Pauls" as we have owned two volvos from there. The difference this time is that we drove 4 hours, from Central PA, to get this kind of experience ... and ... we were not disappointed !! Thank you Paul and Chris.

Ive been a customer of Pauls Volvo for approximately ten years. There are so many great compliments to pay. What sets Pauls apart, in my opinion, is that the people genuinely care. I think that caring culture was established and nurtured by Paul Sr. The service department is very accommodating with scheduling. I always receive thoughtful advice from the service manager Jim. And Chris Corrigan is the consummate sales professional; hes trustworthy and honest which are two adjectives that arent often associated with automobile sales. I will happily continue to purchase and service my Volvo cars at Pauls.

I had a great experience purchasing my Volvo at Pauls Volvo in Hawthorne. There was no hassle as you get with a lot of dealerships. The purchasing process was expeditious, simple and straightforward. The Sales people are helpful and informative. They followed up with me after also. The warranty and maintenance on the vehicle is fantastic. The service department is friendly. I have no problem getting an appointment for maintenance fairly soon after I call. I recommend Pauls Volvo if you are interested in purchasing a Volvo. I love my Volvo.

I have a 24-year-old Volvo, and lots of people dont want to work on it. Especially when I bring my own greasy parts. But Mike and his crew were happy to do it and did a great job -- in a day. Really impressed with these guys, from the woman taking my information, to the guy who handed me the key when I picked it up. Oh, and Paul, who was walking by and asked if he could help me! I have never felt more surrounded by people who care about what theyre doing than I did at Pauls.

Not inexpensive but owning a Volvo isnt a low-cost option. Pauls Motors serviced our 2003 V70 efficiently. The service desk can be a bit brusque on the phone but very nice people in person. Overall the dealership has a quality, family feel. We bought this car used off the lot with Chris help a couple of years ago. Really a top-notch guy. Would definitely buy from him again but itll be a while. We plan on driving the 2003 into the ground. :)

The level of customer service is top notch. Everyone is incredibly friendly, they treat you like family. My sales person Chris corrigan makes car shopping a pleasant experience by putting the customer first and making the process as easy as possible. This is my third Volvo lease with Chris and Pauls Volvo, I dont even bother looking elsewhere for a car because of the level of integrity and trust conveyed at this dealership

Pauls Volvo is a top notch dealership. They truly care about their customers. They sell a quality product that is very safe to drive and we really appreciate it. The sales and service staff couldnt be nicer. They make you feel like a member of their family by following up with emails and text messages often to make sure the car is performing well. I was pleasantly surprised and very happy with the service I received from Chris C. He was professional and low key- I never felt pressured or annoyed. The follow up has been exceptional.
