What A Nice Guy! DScott

Husband purchased a truck three months ago. Before the 30 day warranty ran out the truck had to be serviced. After the warranty ran out the truck has been towed three times and each time my husband had to pay out of pocket because they locked him into a payment plan for additional parts. At present his truck is out of service again. This time the parts and labor is over thousand dollars. Far as Im concerned the dealership knew they sold us a lemon and theres nothing we can do about it. This is not a buy here, pay here its s buy here stay here. Because the truck has spent more time in the repair shop than on the road. Thank God we have roadside assistance or we really be screwed. Far as Im concerned, this is poor business practices. beware ask for a diagnostic on your vehicle before making a purchase.

BREACH OF WARRANTY I lost a lot investing into buying your car i learned a valueble lesson though .Even after paying full cash and paying for your warranty.I still had to buy a new engine for the car from some one else of better value. Which couldve been avoided by a simple code reading at your shop.What a waste ..I wasted money for 7 months worth of warranty and they still tryed to charged me for something(warranty) that i already payed for I winded up losing the same amount of money I payed for your car repairing it.and im still doing more repairments.!!! I have proof that i changed my oil every 2 months n took care of the car.. u just sell junk Plus i only drove it for 2months before your crap went out/blew up your a scam artist im not the first or last person you scammed..

I notice the engine light was on but still got the car cuz it look nice and drove nice but wat a mistake I was told they would handle the engine light but Ive owned this car for several months and guess wat the engine light is still on they tell me its nothing serious I needed brakes and rotors the car misfired and need spark plugs but the funny thing about was I told them this before I brought the car and they said they would take care of it but never did until it misfired then the guy at the shop told it was ok to drive like that since then I have put a new alternator and battery in and rebulid the rear this car is falling apart the side mirror fell off said this was nothing they can do and just drilled a screw in there the ppl r nice tho

I bought my used 2002 Ford Crown Victoria from here approximately 4 yrs ago. I couldnt have made a better decision, car has been very reliable and if I did have any issues the staff were more than happy to help. I see a complaint about sombodies alignment, and etc. give them a break pls, they are used cars so you may have to invest a little money into the vehicle to get a few things straight. That being said, I feel they are one of the best around. This is my 3rd vehicle Ive purchased from them and I plan on going back. Love yall, keep up the good work!

After being turned down 3 times at places that "never turn anybody down", I found a sharp looking ride on Craigslist. Put in an application and met Dan a couple days later. 2 hours after that, I was the owner of a new, to me, 04 GMC. Dan was a great no pressure salesman, didnt try to steer me to anything else, and was able to work with me since i was a bit short for the down payment. Car is being serviced, new inspection, and getting some VERY minor things fixed. Looking forward to picking it up in a couple days. Thanks Dan SR. and Dan Jr.

I bought a car from Car and Van World about a year and half ago, and I just finished paying it off. I usually dont write reviews, but they were so helpful I had to give them a good review. The car ran great, but the few minor issues I had, they were quick to help me out with. They always worked with me on my payments as well, if I happened to be short one week. I would definitely recommend buying a car from them, and they will be my first stop for my next car.

Put in a request to see a van. Got the call from dealer. Went to the dealership. Dan was the name of the dealer. Told me van was at a different lot and to follow another guy. Didnt introduce me to the guy. The guy went to Dunkin Donuts instead of taking me to the van. Called the manager to let him know about the situation. He didnt care. He said coffee was more important. Rude people! dont do business there!

Ive been a customer of Car and Van World for about two years. Dan let me buy a 2003 Toyota Camry LE in perfect condition from him. Traded in a 1999 Volvo S70, put some money down, and paid it off in a year and a half. If I had any issues, they were always flexible in helping me out, whether it was car troubles or payment issues. I had my car for five months and already I had to replace a timing belt,water pump,r&r both splenoids,wheel alignment and tire rods which cost me a lot of money and all of this happen this month I understood some maintenance would be needed but damn lets just say once Im done paying off this car I would never go there again

Anything off the main lot is trash. A week later engine light went on, nothing but probs. It had expired inspection and I regret buying from them. Shoulda known. NEVER AGAIN. Caveat emptor to the max. They said it was a 6 cyl turns out they were dead wrong. I bought junk. I wouldnt buy from them again. Ever.
