My wife and I were looking for a Subaru outback as our next family car. We looked at many cars from many dealers, but were drawn to the one we eventually bought at East Penn. There were far more pictures and information listed of the car that was actually informative, and the photos were clear and showed the car as it really was.. more than double the photos other larger dealers had advertised. When we called about the car, we spoke to Matt. He was very helpful on the phone with all our questions and was eager to help and we decided to come down to look at the car. We took the hour ride to pen Argyl, and when we got there we were immediately greeted, and they had just finished washing the car we were considering. We were shown inside and met Matt, whow as enthusiastic and happily showed us the car and got the keys for a test drive. there was no pressure and a very relaxed atmosphere. After we drove the car for a bit we returned, agreed on a price and talked about financing. Matt went to great lengths and was very thorough to ensure our paperwork was correct and getting us the best deal. We are extremely happy with out service and our car - and would certainly recommend friends, family and anyone interested in a car here at this dealer! Thank again.

I wanted to express my gratitude for a recent experience with your company and staff. My son purchased his first car from your dealership in December. he bought a used BMW. About a month later we ran into a situation where the previous owner made some modifications that were not obvious, but we discovered. I contacted you salesman Ron, who was professional and polite about the situation. We brought the car back to your dealership and the situation was resolved quickly and professionally. When he first found the car he wanted at your dealership, I remarked that when I was there 2 years prior for my older son. I was impressed with the way I was treated then, even thought we did not make a purchase. i felt confident that the dealership was one I would deal with in the future and so we went forward with his purchase. My son as a first time car buyer was happy with the way he was treated. i stayed in the background as he dealt with Ron. The entire process was the way a company should treat any customer.

Would give no stars if I could. Bought my brothers car from there, they claimed to fix the head gasket, an outright lie. Found out last week that they put cheap engine sealant into the engine to try to fix it. That ruined the internals of the engine, were now forking out half the cars value on a new engine and doing the swap ourselves. Dont believe them if they tell you theyve done ANY major service on a vehicle, i.e. timing belts or gasket replacements, they wont do the service prior to selling you the car, and it will die on you a few weeks of ownership. Very disappointed for a local dealership to rip us off like that, and for reference for my car I went to a sketchy area, high end dealership in New Jersey that treated the car better, and Im still driving it to this day. Oh, and they sold the car with not only a head gasket not replaced, but with a leaking transmission, and a gunked up and shot vacuum system. Scam artists...

I dont give perfect scores to anything but my wife! LOL! Anyway, I just wanted to let everyone know that this place is a MUST to stop at if you are looking for a newer/used car. They have a great selection most times and they are GREAT to work with. The customer service is awesome. helped me out every step of the way and didnt hesitate to answer any of my questions or point me in the right direction to help find the answer, I would definitely recommend this dealer... No pressure to buy, no overselling of products/warranties (which I asked about first before they offered it). I looked over the truck I bought for 45 minutes in their garage because it was raining out. They pulled it in and let me "have at it". No one was looking over my shoulder and the mechanics didnt hesitate to answer any questions. Thanks Guys!

Do not go here. They sold me a car and as I test drove it the check engine light went on. They said they will check it out and fix the issue for us. The issue was the catalytic converter and they said they fixed the issue and that they just had to keep running the code til it went away because it was fine. I didnt know enough to realize that they were lying. After driving off the lot it only took ten miles for the light to come back on. I went to a Toyota dealer and they said that the catalytic converter was about half the size of the one that belongs in the car and I payed 1239 dollars to fix it. They lied to me and were a huge cliché. Only go here if you know a lot about cars and wont be fooled. I am very sad that any business could take advantage of a person like they did to me.

East Penn Auto Sales is a friendly, family-owned and operated business who insists on putting the customer first. I recently purchased a beautiful Subaru Legacy from them. It was the easiest and least stressful car buying experience I have ever had. Both owners, Bob and Matt (father and son) and sales men, Sam and Ron all possess a wealth of automotive knowledge. The entire staff was very personable and hands on throughout the entire process. Their website offers a great selection and includes dozens of pictures and detailed information for each car in their diverse inventory. After my wonderful experience, I plan on buying from them for many years to come. I highly recommend giving them a look if youre searching for a reliable pre-owned vehicle. You will not be disappointed.

Great place to buy a car. Before purchasing my used Honda CRV here, I never even heard of them or been to this town since I live 2 hour away. But after purchasing my CRV here, I would recommend them to anyone in the area. Mike was a very honest and straight forward salesman, which was great. After purchasing the CRV, I noticed that one of the door handles was somewhat loose, but still worked. Wasnt a big deal. It didnt necessarily need to be replaced, but Mike decided to purchase the part and ship it to my house. This was after we signed the paperwork and the deal was finalized, but Mike chose to ship the part anyhow, which he did not have to do. Great Service!! Thanks guys
