The worst experience Ive ever had. Tried to get my sunroof leak on my CTS Cadillac fixed. Ricki books me for a Wednesday appointment, I drop off the car and hear nothing all day. When I call them, Jim tells me the sunroof "Specialist" only comes on Saturdays. Whan I question why ricky made my appointment on a Wednesday, he says she is the warranty manager and didnt know about Saturdays only, and he wasnt in. Then why is she booking service appointments I asked, he just started to change the subject. So I drop off car the following Saturday and again hear nothing all day. Once again I call late in the day and jim tells me he doesnt even have it in the garage yet and will call me back when he knows something. Now they close at 5:00 so I call back at 3:30 and he says theyre just starting to drop the headliner and they wont have time to get it done. I tell him to keep it at this point and do it Monday. By the way the specialist said the drains were clear which I told them when I dropped it off. $65.00 dollars to him for doing nothing.Well Monday comes and goes, Tuesday comes and goes with no word. I call Wednesday and ricky once again answers and says shell check and call me back. She amazingly does and says leak is fixed but theyre waiting on something else. Oh, and jim is off today and will call me tomorrow. When I get home from work there is a voicemail from jack wanting to talk about the electronic problem with the roof. WHAT? Why ricky did.nt give him my cell when I told her earlier in the day for anyone to call my cell during the day beats me. I call jack and leave a message and he calls back 15:00 minutes later and starts to give me a line of B.S. about how he just got involved and maybe he misunderstood the work orders. I tell him the sunroof always has worked and that Im not very happy at this point and he assures me it will be straightened out. The next day jim (remember him?) calls and asks me if Im sitting down. Here we go. He tells me it needs a whole new frame that will cost $2300.00 dollars and they tried to fix leak but didnt have the right sealent. Again, WHAT? You dont have the right sealent ?? I tell him put the car back together and Ill be in to get it and will take it elsewhere to get fixed. I come for the car and have a bill for$300.00 dollars for the labor and the leak specialist bill More B.S. from jim and I just pay it cause I have to get out of there before I explode. Now I know why Cadillac pulled out of there. They are complete idiots. Do not go there for anything, Run from this place. You have a very dysfunctional service department Mr. Reinhart. I had to give one star or my review wouldnt go through.

I want the public to be aware that the "Winning Prize" thing you get in the mail is just the tip of the iceberg. My girlfriend purchased a car from Steve a few months ago with payments higher than she could afford at the time. Although she signed the papers, they said after a few months she could refinance the loan in a few months and lower the payments, she just needed to build her credit and raise her FICO score in the meantime. It sounds legit right? Well she bit the bullet and did it but was shocked when she tried to refinance it. See, she put $3000 down that she got from when she totaled her old car and should have been in a good shape to refinance it but when she went to the credit union they said she owed about $6000 more than it was worth. How could this be when she put money down? She then called her bank that she was making payments to and asked if they could do anything to help. Someone called her back and reviewed her situation and budget only to find out that Gray Chevrolet changed her application income to almost double to make the bank think that she could afford the car she purchased. She was then contacted by a case manager that reviewed her issue and asked the options on her car only to find out that they lied about that too. They told the bank it has a GPS system, a sunroof and leather seats which it has none of that. When we asked why they would do that, they didnt answer us but said they would follow up. She then called her credit union and the lady told her they may have done so to allow them to finance more on the car. This, we are guessing is why she owes too much to refinance it. Shes financing the amount of a car that is worth more with the bank but its actually not. Our story is this, the mail you get saying you win is just the start. We are waiting for the bank to get back to us and were trying to get a lawyer and were also told to contact the BBB, the attorney general office and bank commission of Pennsylvania. On the Federal level, we are contacting the Consumer Fraud Protection Bureau. ***Dont be taken like we were*** if you were taken for a ride too, contact someone for help.

our family took our 2010 truck to grays chevrolet is stroudsburg to have it looked at by a technician. an odor was coming throught the heater vent and we thought it to be exhaust fumes. after leaving the truck in for service 2 days we were waitied for a call back from the service department to let us know what was wrong with it. after no calls we called them to get an update. the service manager lady informed us that they are pulling the truck into the bay and will call us back. we drove by the dealership and saw our car has not moved all day. the following day the car was still where it was left parked and the service manger lady informed us there was nothing wrong and there were no problems found or resolved. meanwhile the check engine light and airbag warning light were on. we were furious. we have a 2 year old daughter and her breathing these fumes in became very worrisome. so we chose to get a second opinion. after taking it to another dealership for a second opinion and had been informed the cabin area of the vehicle was being polluted with carbon monoxide from a cracked manifold the service manager informed us this was a very dangerous situation to be driving in. he took the vehicle and repaired it on the spot. we are disgusted by grays chevrolet lack of consideration and ignorance to what could have been a potentially dangerous and deadly outcome. beware of grays chevrolet!!!! they do not care nor value your business especially if it involves your family and kids safety.

I sum it up in 3 words Lie, Sloppy and Terrible! Started last year with recall on my Chevy Traverse air bag after I was provided a loaner car from near by rental agency my credit card was charged for the car and I myself it took me 4 weeks! to get reimbursed cause Grey stalled on providing their paperwork to rental agency. Then when I went the day my car was worked on to pick it up. The insulation from the rewiring they did there were pieces on the floor of my car! Now year later my cars air bag light came on and off. I took it to Gray turned out the wires they soldered came apart! So they had to resolder. Then 4 days after my air bag light goes back on again. I take it back they charge me $126 for diagnostic test. Now they tell me it has nothing to do with air that its passenger seat belt retentioner and cost me over $400 to fix! So I research online and discover there was a seat belt recall affecting the retentioner. I call chevy Corp and file a complaint. Chevy tells me seat belt recall was done on my car which I know it wasnt. I go back to grey find out what was done on recalls and was told by service manager the air bag. I ask her twice was anything else done she said no. I call back chevy corp. telling them my conversation with service manager. Chevy says theyll contact the service manager day later Chevy corp calls me back saying they spoke service manager who told them seal belt recall was done LIES! Chevy corp says case closed. There all crooks!
