This is no longer a thrift store, its retail and some times above retail prices now. There are dollar store items for $3. Brand new mason jars for $3 without a lid... Stuff marked antique, from ikea. If you want to buy a puzzle or board game, expect it to be bound up in so much tape, that if you remove it the art on the box will be gone, and yes it will be missing pieces. This use to be a good place to thrift shop, you could get a decent deal on furniture, clothes, crafts, electronics ect. Stuff would fly off the shelves and they made their money on volume and the thrifty individual got a good deal. But now I see stuff sitting for a month or more because of bad pricing.
Ive read comments posted here from (owner) Goodwill. Im confused!!! I have always been under the impression that GOODWILL was a nonprofit charitable organization, thus the name GOODWILL. If I have been mistaken about Goodwill, what it is, and what it does with the profits which it realizes from DONATED GOODS... I feel utterly ignorant for having done both of the following... making donations and purchases. I wont continue to make this mistake! TRUST ME ON THIS, owner!!! (Please email me and settle the confusion. Id appreciate it immensely.)
Im a huge thrift store lover. This is one on my faves. Love 2 floors of treasures. Things are normally very neat and clean. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Pricing for awhile was getting outrageous, noticed that in the past 2 months its gotten better. Whoever prices the "antique" furniture needs to learn more! Must use a standard price scale because all dressers are the same price, with no consideration of damage or condition. The nice thing is the 50% off sales!
The CEOs are making millions and the prices are ridiculous! I thought this store was to help people in need not be competitive with retail stores, I mean you get your merchandise for FREE, you are going to start loosing customers because of this, stores are popping up all over that are ALOT cheaper!! Just remember, word of mouth is VERY powerful!!
The clothing section is large, but their assortment of other things is very small. Especially toys are only designated about half an aisle. Also I find the quality of items here to typically be lesser than other goodwills. If you can take the extra 10 min to go to the eagan or university ave locations you will most likely find more you like.
Great deals on used and new items! Bonus sales every Monday, 99 cent deals on every item with price tag color of the week. Clothing and accessories, a lot with original price tags still on them! Everyday and holiday decor. Electronics, sporting goods, books, games, and furniture. Who doesnt like a good deal?!?!
This Goodwill has definitely lost its appeal. It use to carry a much larger amount a clothing in more sizes. Making the trip much more worth the stop. Now the various amount of things have decreased and I never stop any more!! Now I go to savors or the salvation army to get my needs met!
I went there for the first time this week, the store is big and clean, but doesnt have much in it. The boys clothing is very limited and the holiday decor and glassware is too. Maybe they were low on inventory, but I wont make the drive there again.
The employees are nice and the store was neat and orderly when i went. They have some good quality items and some even have the store tags on. They are starting to have too many commercial items but the donated stuff is better.
Hit or miss. Always clean. Unique stuff but sometimes far and in between. You have to be dedicated or lined up at the front door in order to get something good. But if youre willing you can get super lucky.
This is my favorite goodwill location! Unique and Savers over price their items and are very disorganized. The items in this goodwill location are easy to find. The store is open and clean.
Easy to drop off.. Can be busy at times but I was impressed at some of the accessories and older home decor that I actually like. I feel like it was sparse on mens clothing.
I like that the store had a big selection but it might be near impossible to have a idea of what you want to buy in our head and find the perfect thing
Lacking quality household items. Sometimes you are able to find a few things, but hit or miss. Busy store so very picked over.
Extremely rude man working in the drop-off garage today!! It would have taken him any more time to talk to me politely!!!
It is big and clean, but the selection is always terrible. The prices seem on the high end compared to Unique or Savers.
Not a very clean bathroom (mens) and run down. With all the money they make really need to update the bathrooms
Because no stars isnt an option!! Items prices like they are made of gold.. Terrible!!!
A lot of cool stuff to browse through!! Clean store and huge amount of clothing!
Decent selection of cloths and book, not so much of the other misc items.
Staff was rude but place was fairly organized. Plenty of weekly specials
You never know what your going to find. Fairly good furniture selection.
Prices are very high .. if they are donations
staff was rude. products were overpriced. place had a bad smell.
The staff is really nice and always provide good customer service
My experience has been good all the time for myself and my kids.
Overpriced, especially considering these are donated items
Staff can be rude and majority of items are over priced.

Expensive every thing good is sold online
