After reflecting on the situation that occurred with the dealership, I found the need to change my review to give a fair and honest judgement. I originally went to the dealership because of a work relationship that I had with the company. I figured that I had a good rapport with the owner and I could get a fairly nice car and make things exciting. While I did get an exciting car and I was happy with it, I overcame the buyers high and realized that the vehicle hadnt been taken care of prior to it being sold. The brakes were very worn to the point that they needed to be replaced and the oil was completely black. While I take complete fault for not checking these things and rushing into getting this car, I dont believe that marketing that you sell quality cars would allow a vehicle like this to sit on the lot. Nothing more than a quick buy from an auction, make it look pretty and then sell it for quick money before having to do any repairs; which I get, thats how a lot of dealerships operate and its up to the consumer to check these things. Although they did replace the brakes when I inquired about the issue. The thing that has caused me the most trouble and the most frustration that I have EVER dealt with for a company in my life is the shady attempts to short me of money that was rightfully owed to me. The vehicle I had purchased was totaled in an accident and the insurance payed out their part as did the GAP company. When it came time for the dealership to pay their portion, I was told that they never dealt with this before and couldnt understand the language of the contract that they had with the GAP company . I had to make numerous phone calls to the GAP company and the dealership to try and figure things out before they finally agreed that they had the money for me. Not only that, but the dealership cashed the check from the GAP company that was suppose to go to the balance of the totaled vehicle and did nothing with it until I called them to ask where the money was. With all things being considered and looking back at this experience 3 months after everything was settled, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I have never felt so cheated and betrayed by a company in my life until this point. Unless you are absolutely down on your luck and cannot get approved anywhere else in the tri-state area, I would avoid this dealership.

El diler Au es una basura y una bola de ladrones yo compré una Ford Explorer 2012 el gordo llamado Jeff me dijo un precio $19,599 yo le dije que no los valia le hice una oferta de $17,000 les di $3000 de deposito me dijo que si pense que el gordo Maricon tenía palabra pero no fue así me hicieron firmar los papeles rápido y no me dieron una,copia del contrato a los 3 días el banco me llamo que les debia $21000 yo me sorprendí porque pensé que debia como $16500 con los taxes ojo cuando compren un auto con ellos porque no son honestos

I filled out a credit app for 2005 Nissan Truck.The price online was about $8000 i test drove it and I did not like the truck but I asked how much my payments would be on it and they said $450 now I dont have the best credit and I already have an open loan in my name so its kinda hard for me to get another car loan ,they found a bank that would do the job for (CAPs) the interest rate was a little high but that was understandable my thing about this is I did my math for a $9000 car with a 22% interest rate and the payments should have been around $320 so why are they asking me for almost $100 a month more well I did a little more math and the car they were trying to give to me they had $15000 financed instead of $10,000 Im not slow stupid or retarded I will not be spending $450 a month on a 05 that has over 100,000 miles

They are thieves,sold me car for agreed price of $13500 and put $3000 down.They found me financing and payments were affordable.Jeff made out paperwork and had me sign a lot of papers in a hurry. Had an excuse for not giving me copies to take with me. Took 3 days to get them,read them over to discover $16323 for the car,so financed over $14000.Told them about it,they claimed the bank chaged $3000 fee on top of interest because of my credit.Called the bank and they charged interest and no other fees.I was the stupid one for Sighning papers without reading,I do know better, just cant help being trusting.Does not change the fact they stoled $3000 from me.

Friendly staff and a great selection of vehicles. The whole process was very quick. I was searching for a reliable second car for weeks. Most of the dealerships I visited were all the same overpriced inventory and snooty staff. Thats when I found UA Auto Sales. The staff made my wife and I feel very comfortable and like we were the most important part of their day. I drove in there with a tired Ford Explorer and rolled out in a classy Acura MDX fully Loaded. I highly recommend UA Auto every chance I get. Give them a shot you will not be disappointed.
